About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead the talent acquisition strategy and oversee the operational execution of experienced Engineering hires across the AMER region. In this role, you will manage and develop a team of Senior Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders within our Engineering teams to identify, engage, and recruit top technical talent. As a strategic advisor, creative problem-solver, and advocate for an outstanding candidate experience, you will play a key role in helping Veeam attract exceptional professionals who drive innovation and transform how people connect through technology.  

What You’ll Do:

•    Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team, with a focus on developing team members into future leaders. 
•    Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team culture that consistently delivers exceptional hiring outcomes. 
•    Leverage data and talent market insights to continuously refine and optimize recruiting strategies and processes. 
•    Design and implement innovative recruiting programs to attract and engage top engineering talent across a diverse range of roles. 
•    Partner with business leaders to review and align headcount demand planning, ensuring recruitment efforts support organizational goals. 
•    Forecast and track progress against quarterly and annual hiring targets, making proactive adjustments to meet business needs. 
•    Champion the candidate experience at every stage of the process, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and equitable journey for all candidates. 
 

What you will bring: 

•    Proven experience leading large-scale hiring initiatives and driving process improvements within dynamic, fast-growing environments. 
•    Demonstrated ability to manage recruiting operations through periods of change, ensuring both agility and excellence in talent acquisition. 
•    A data-driven mindset, using analytics and metrics to deliver valuable insights, enable accurate forecasting, and inform strategic decision-making. 
•    A strong track record of designing and managing high-quality, full-cycle recruitment processes - especially in periods of accelerated growth and scale. 
•    Deep understanding of talent market trends and best practices in technical recruitment, with the ability to translate this knowledge into effective hiring strategies. 
•    Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, fostering productive partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates alike. 
•    Proficiency in leveraging recruitment technologies, tools, and platforms to optimize the hiring process and enhance candidate experience.

Compensation Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
