The Senior Manager of Workforce Solutions Business Development is responsible for developing pipelines, managing sales cycles, and creating tailored recruiting solutions for clients. This role entails building relationships with HR leaders and presenting the company’s capabilities to potential clients.

As part of our growth, we are expanding our Workforce Solutions and talent outsourcing services, including RPO, embedded recruiting, and recruiting operations support.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Workforce Solutions Business Development to help generate pipeline and win new clients.
Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Workforce Solutions Business Development will focus on identifying and developing new opportunities for Ryz Labs’ recruiting and workforce solutions services.
This role is ideal for a strong sales professional who enjoys building pipeline, creating relationships with HR leaders, and closing mid-market services deals.
You will work closely with leadership and recruiting teams to design solutions and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development
Identify and pursue new workforce solutions opportunities with mid-market and growing companies
Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships
Develop relationships with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and business executives
- Sales Execution
Manage full sales cycles from initial outreach through proposal and contract close
Partner with internal teams to develop workforce solutions proposals
Present Ryz Labs’ capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients
- Solution Development
Help design tailored recruiting solutions including embedded recruiting, RPO support, and recruiting operations services
Work with recruiting leadership to define scope and pricing for client engagements
- Market Development
Contribute to market awareness of Ryz Labs’ workforce solutions offering
Provide insights on client needs, market demand, and competitive positioning
Required Experience
- 5–8+ years of sales experience in staffing, recruiting services, or workforce solutions
- Experience selling recruiting or talent services engagements
- Proven success closing $100K–$500K services deals
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline development skills
- Experience engaging HR and talent acquisition stakeholders
