This senior IC role is a rare opportunity to lead attribution strategy, full-funnel analytics, and predictive modeling across a global go-to-market organization. You'll partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to build and evolve the systems, models, and insights that drive investment decisions and revenue growth. Your work will directly influence how we allocate resources, forecast pipeline, and define success.

  • Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: Build and maintain predictive models that forecast pipeline, lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign ROI—helping Marketing and GTM teams plan with confidence.

  • Analytics Infrastructure Development: Collaborate with engineering and ops to ensure the right data pipelines and system logic support consistent and scalable reporting.
  • Performance Dashboards: Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards in Looker (or similar tools) that track full-funnel KPIs, channel ROI, and marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a key thought partner across Marketing, RevOps, and Finance, aligning on definitions, logic, and methodologies for funnel health and impact.

Let's Connect If You:

  • Experience: 7–10+ years in marketing analytics, revenue operations, or growth strategy, ideally in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment, EOR experience is a plus.
  • Attribution + Forecasting Expertise: Proven success designing multi-touch attribution models and applying predictive techniques to forecast performance and influence strategic decisions.
  • GA4 Fluency: Strong understanding of GA4 data structure, reporting, and integration into broader analytics frameworks.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced SQL and experience with marketing tech and BI tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
  • Strategic Thinking: You think beyond metrics—you connect performance insights to business context and help shape the strategy.
  • Autonomous Execution: Comfortable operating independently at a senior level; able to lead complex workstreams with minimal direction.
  • Influence Without Authority: Confident presenting data-driven narratives to senior stakeholders/executives and aligning cross-functional teams around a common measurement framework.
