We are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst who will help scale marketing through data and act as a strategic partner for the performance team in decision-making.

This role covers the full cycle of working with marketing data, including ETL processes, reporting, ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, attribution, and monetization.
Zeely AI is an all-in-one AI-powered marketing platform that helps small businesses and marketing teams grow and achieve their business goals.

The platform enables users to create high-quality ad creatives, UGC videos, viral content, banners, and more, as well as launch effective paid and organic campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

In simple terms: we’ve made the world’s best AI marketing tools accessible to everyone — tools that were previously available only to large brands with expensive marketing teams.

Numbers that speak louder than words:

  • 4 years on the market = a stable, profitable company backed by top-tier international investors

  • 6× growth over the past year

  • 2,000,000+ businesses already use Zeely, and the number is growing rapidly every day

  • Top 3 in its category in the U.S. market

  • 200+ team members

  • Markets: U.S. + worldwide

We are not a startup searching for product-market fit — we are scaling what already works. And that comes with a different kind of challenge.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance marketing efficiency with a focus on traffic quality, unit economics, and scaling recommendations

  • Develop BI analytics: build and maintain dashboards, monitor anomalies, and establish alerting systems

  • Work with attribution: support and improve models for accurate channel evaluation

  • Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests in marketing and at the intersection with product

  • Build forecasts (LTV, payback, scaling scenarios) and apply statistical methods for decision-making

  • Work with the analytics stack (BigQuery, dbt, Tableau): develop data models and improve the marketing analytics ecosystem

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance/marketing analytics

  • Strong SQL and Python skills for building reliable analytics and automation

  • Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, ROMI, and unit economics in decision-making

  • Experience analyzing A/B tests in marketing

  • Ability to independently identify growth opportunities, prioritize them, and drive measurable impact

Nice to have:

  • Experience with web2app or mobile attribution (MMP)

  • Experience with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude)

Why it’s exciting to work with us:

  • Work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to building AI-powered tools

  • Join a strong A-level team that motivates you to grow and achieve more

  • Remote-first approach: work from anywhere, with the option to visit our offices in Warsaw and Kyiv

  • Paid day offs and sick leaves — we care about your work-life balance

  • Regular performance reviews to ensure your growth is transparent and rewarded

  • Financial support — consultations for private entrepreneurs from our dedicated finance team
