We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and customer-focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead Resmed’s integrated marketing strategy across Canada. As the marketing leader for the Canadian market, this role will drive growth across the sleep apnea category through integrated provider and consumer marketing initiatives that increase awareness, accelerate CPAP adoption, improve patient engagement, and strengthen long-term therapy retention.
Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, Revenue Operations, and Audience teams, this leader will develop national and regional marketing strategies that reflect the unique healthcare, reimbursement, and provider dynamics across Canada’s provinces and territories while maximizing commercial impact and market growth. Success will be measured through revenue growth, CPAP adoption, myAir engagement, rePAP participation, resupply growth, and market share expansion. Reporting into the Consumer team for Americas this leader will be impactful in shaping the growth for Canada and the entire region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Resmed Canada’s integrated provider and consumer marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth objectives.

  • Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the Canadian commercial leadership team and with our product marketing teams

  • Create all campaign and creative briefs that align all external and internal partners on delivery, requirements and KPIs

  • Develop province-specific marketing plans that reflect regional reimbursement, referral, and provider market dynamics.

  • Drive omnichannel programs focused on sleep apnea awareness, CPAP adoption, patient engagement, adherence, and retention.

  • Lead marketing initiatives supporting myAir, rePAP, reSupply, and other consumer programs 

  • Prioritize marketing investments and resources to maximize revenue growth, customer acquisition, and ROI.

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Digital, and Communications teams to execute campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Measure campaign performance and leverage insights, analytics, and market intelligence to continuously optimize results.

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, provider partners, KOLs, industry organizations, and key stakeholders across Canada.

  • Support ResMed’s presence at key industry conferences, events, and customer-facing programs.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • MBA preferred but not required.

  • 8+ years of progressive sales or marketing experience, including leadership experience within medical device, digital health, consumer health, or related industries.

  • Proven success developing and executing integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies with a track record of results

  • Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape and provincial reimbursement environments.

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, prioritizing investments, and driving revenue growth, awareness and engagement and overall campaign performance

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

  • Experience in using a variety reporting platforms in Funnel.IO, Veeva Crossix, Asana and Adobe

  • Based in Canada with the ability to travel domestically as required.

Preferred

  • Experience within consumer brands/ marketing in the health wellness category

  • Experience in eCommerce management and building brands and products from launch

  • On the forefront of using AI platforms for marketing performance, for digital marketing, search, targeting, content creation, project management and analytics

  • Experience leading patient engagement, adherence, retention, or lifecycle marketing programs.

  • Experience working within global or multinational organizations.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $124,000-$155,000 CAD.

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
