We connect patients with hassle-free sexual + reproductive care online, with discreet and convenient treatment that saves them time, money, and stress. Our goal is to empower everyone to make the decisions about their health that are right for them. We’ve scaled quickly, serving patients across the nation and becoming part of the WELL Health family—and now we want you.

We are a growing, fully-remote team in the United States looking for collaborators who are committed to our mission, passionate about results, eager to build something amazing, and excited to have high levels of ownership, accountability, and personal growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Content & Creator Strategy to own and scale our creator ecosystem across channels. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of brand storytelling and performance—building programs that drive both brand affinity and measurable growth.

You’ll lead the strategic direction of influencer, UGC, and thought leadership initiatives while staying close to execution—partnering with Growth, Creative, and Medical teams to ensure content is high-performing, on-brand, and compliant. You’ll manage a small but high-impact team and play a key role in shaping how Wisp shows up across social and creator-driven channels.

This is an ideal role for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to build scalable, creator-led growth programs.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and scale Wisp’s influencer and creator strategy across organic, paid, affiliate, and gifting programs.

  • Build and manage a high-performing network of creators and brand ambassadors aligned with Wisp’s voice and clinical credibility.

  • Lead a cross-channel UGC strategy, ensuring content is optimized across social, paid media, web, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Partner with Growth to adapt creator content into high-performing paid assets, while managing budget and tracking ROI.

  • Manage and develop a small team, while partnering with Legal and Medical to ensure all content is accurate and compliant.

This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You If…
  • You have 8–10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand marketing in a high-growth environment.

  • You have experience building and scaling multi-channel creator or UGC programs that drive both brand and performance outcomes.

  • You have a deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn) and what makes content perform.

  • You are a strong people manager with experience leading direct reports and external partners or contractors.

  • You are both strategic and hands-on—comfortable setting vision while also writing briefs, scripts, and guiding execution.

Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this position at present. Must be authorized to work in the country this requisition states.

Wisp is an equal-opportunity employer. We are proud to foster a workplace free from discrimination. We strongly believe that diversity of experience, perspectives, and background will lead to a better environment for our employees and a better product for our users and patients.

If you are committed to collaborative problem solving, creating high-quality and user-centric products, and want to make waves in sexual and reproductive healthcare, join us!
