The role / impact

As the Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager for North America, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Xero connects with national large firm and accounting organisations. You will lead the planning and execution of bespoke marketing plans, working to drive brand consideration and customer conversion across the enterprise sector.

Your influence will extend across the business as you develop multi-channel campaigns and tactical initiatives that achieve commercial goals. By balancing strategic objectives with the unique needs of our enterprise clients, you will deliver impactful experiences that help small businesses and their advisors thrive on a global scale.

The team / how they connect

You will join a collaborative and diverse group that sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and creative execution. This team works closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure every marketing-generated opportunity is optimised and aligned with Xero’s broader vision.

The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on

  • Designing and executing Account-Based Marketing strategies for large-scale enterprise accounts.

  • Developing annual and quarterly go-to-market plans, including target segmentation and core messaging platforms.

  • Managing a dedicated enterprise marketing budget while embedding testing and measurement into all campaign activity.

  • Utilising tools such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to track performance and inform data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills allow you to present confidently to senior executives and lead through ambiguity.

  • You possess a self-starter mindset with a deep curiosity to test, learn, and optimise in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools helps you act as a commercially savvy, data-driven decision-maker.
