We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for our Global Data Center business. This role is central to driving focused engagement and brand visibility across hyperscalers, colocation providers, general contractors, and enterprise data center clients.

As a senior member of the marketing team, you will build and execute high-impact marketing programs that align with sales priorities and elevate Black Box’s presence in the global data center space. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Global Marketing to showcase how our infrastructure solutions & services enable scalable, future-ready data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Center Marketing Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to data center buyer personas and market dynamics.  Leverage ABM marketing tactics to help sales uncover new opportunities and support long-cycle enterprise sales.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, content syndication) to influence decision-makers across target accounts and drive engagement through the buyer journey.
  • Event & Conference Engagements:
    Lead our presence at select Data center industry events, including booth design, content planning, speaking engagements, and follow-up strategy. Support roadshows, roundtables, and partner events to increase touchpoints and pipeline influence.
  • Content Alignment:
    Partner with the content team to shape compelling, insight-driven messaging and assets that speak to data center decision-makers.  Identify content needs and deliver assets such as case studies, blogs, whitepapers, or presentations.
  • Sales Enablement:
    Develop and maintain collateral, battlecards, and pitch decks that equip sales teams with tools to engage technical and executive stakeholders. Work closely with sales subject matter experts on content creation.
  • Data & Performance Analysis:
    Track and report on key KPIs including campaign ROI. Continuously optimize programs based on performance data and market feedback.
  • Budget Management:
    Own the data center marketing budget and allocate spend strategically across tactics and audiences to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on data center, IT infrastructure, or enterprise technology marketing. Experience working with hyperscalers or large technology partners is a plus.
  • Campaign Expertise: Proven success in creating and scaling global or regional ABM campaigns using tools, LinkedIn, and Salesforce. Experience in building sales-aligned campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Event Marketing: Experience planning and executing industry events and executive roundtables; strong attention to event logistics and brand execution.
  • Collaboration: Skilled in working across cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and executive stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful campaign delivery.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
