  • Own the loyalty measurement framework, including program KPIs, executive scorecards and recurring performance reporting.
  • Manage the team's data infrastructure, data pipelines, platforms, and ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of all data being collected.
  • Establish consistent methodologies for measuring campaign incrementality, customer engagement, offer effectiveness, sales impact, and return on investment.
  • Partner with stakeholders for enterprise-wide critical initiatives to monitor Loyalty program performance and explain variances between actual and planned results. Closely monitor strategic initiatives and communicate outcomes, opportunities and recommend actions to leadership.

  • Build strong relationships across Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Finance, Digital Product, Operations, Technology, Data Science and other business functions.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of loyalty analytics professionals.
  • Establish clear priorities, roles, operating rhythms, and standards for analytical quality.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, quality and business impact. Ensure the team balances recurring reporting requirements with strategic, high-value analytical work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and drive action across multiple business functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Python, R, Databricks, Spark or comparable advanced analytics technologies.
  • Experience building KPI dashboards, customer segmentation frameworks, forecasting models or campaign measurement solutions.
  • Familiarity with retail merchandising, fuel, convenience, consumer packaged goods or franchise business models.
  • Analytical, data-driven, motivated and decisive thought leader with an appropriate perspective on the big picture and attention to detail.
