Position Overview

PHIL is seeking a driven Senior Marketing Manager who is excited about building and scaling our marketing function, with a primary focus on product marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement. Reporting to our Marketing Director, this role will independently own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of product marketing and sales enablement function, including GTM messaging and positioning, sales materials development, and competitive differentiation, and play an integral role in our growing content marketing function. This is a builder role for a senior individual contributor who loves solving problems and thrives in autonomous, fast-paced environments.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience directly owning strategic planning, outcomes alignment, and hands-on execution to support pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and win rates. This role will independently drive multiple complex projects forward in parallel, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at every level of the organization, and continuously find new ways to evolve our marketing efforts and help our team unlock the next stage of commercial growth.

Responsibilities
  • Independently own the product marketing and sales enablement function from end-to-end, driving the analysis and strategy through execution, reporting, and optimization, with accountability for how initiatives drive pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and win rates

  • Shape our content marketing strategy and execution, including product launch planning, website copy, videos, case studies, thought leadership, and sales materials, prioritizing initiatives based on commercial impact and business priorities

  • Translate complex industry trends and competitive intelligence into clear differentiation and messaging improvements, directly shaping how Marketing positions and Sales sells

  • Manage multiple, senior-level initiatives in parallel, exercising independent judgment on tradeoffs, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering high quality work on time and within scope, based on business need and impact

  • Define what success looks like for the function, accurately measuring and continuously refining the approach, including how AI is used to scale your own and the team's output

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2+ years of work experience directly in a startup or similarly high-autonomy, fast-paced environment where you had to build without an established playbook, such as consulting, agency, or similar.

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare technology sector, or supporting clients within this industry, is ideal. Candidates with direct experience getting up to speed on complex, highly regulated industries quickly is also beneficial.

  • Proven ownership of end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and reporting, with a focus on product marketing and content development, such as pitch decks, demo tools, product launch plans, GTM messaging and positioning, competitive differentiation, case studies, website copy, FAQs, one pagers, videos, publications, and similar materials, in close collaboration with Sales.

  • Strong track record of driving multiple complex projects independently and in parallel at a senior level, from strategy and execution through reporting and optimization, incorporating feedback and driving alignment across cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Ops) and senior stakeholders (C-level).

  • Demonstrated ability and desire to own outcomes end-to-end: setting the goals, building the strategy, executing the plan, and measuring and refining the approach based on results and feedback, while connecting your work to broader company and team goals.

  • AI-first approach to work, with experience leveraging AI to streamline your and your team’s workflows to increase output and efficiency while maintaining quality.

Benefits
  • Ground floor opportunity with one of the fastest-growing startups in health-tech.

  • Fully remote working environment.

  • Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience).

  • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision).

  • 401(k) contribution opportunity.
