Hands-on senior marketer owning demand generation and brand awareness for US enterprise home health and hospice agencies. Build and execute multi-channel campaigns, translate ROI and clinical data into high-conversion content and collateral, support sales enablement and event promotion, and track/optimize campaign performance to drive qualified leads and pipeline.

Healthcare documentation is broken. Nestmed is fixing it with an AI platform that gives clinicians their time back.

In just one year, we’ve scaled to support tens of thousands of clinicians across more than a million patient visits. We're now the trusted partner for over 60 home health agencies, including 7 of the top 10 enterprises in the US.

Our founding team—hailing from Stanford, YC, Google, and Meta—is backed by the founders of PayPal and Plaid to build the essential infrastructure for the future of the $500B home healthcare industry.

We are looking for a proactive, highly autonomous Senior Marketing Manager to own and execute our demand generation and brand awareness engine.

This is not a management role focused on delegating or managing agencies, it is a hands-on, high-impact role for an experienced marketer who loves building and executing campaigns directly. You will partner closely with our commercial leader and internal data strategist to translate rich ROI data, clinical white papers, and case studies into sharp, high-converting marketing assets and multi-channel campaigns targeting US enterprise home health and hospice agencies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Own end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, targeted email nurture, direct messaging, digital campaigns) designed to generate qualified leads

  • Manage campaign setup, audience segmentation, copy creation, tracking, and post-campaign analytics.

2. Content Translation & Lead-Gen Collateral

  • Take complex, high-level data outputs (ROI stats, case studies, white papers, clinical impact reports) and convert them into compelling marketing collateral, campaign copy, landing pages, and one-pagers.

  • Package thought-leadership content and customer success stories to drive brand authority and inbound interest.

3. Sales Enablement & Event Marketing

  • Support commercial leadership with high-quality sales decks, product announcement assets, and prospect-facing collateral.

  • Help package submission applications, presentations, and promotion for major industry events and speaking engagements (e.g., Home Care 100).

4. Analytics & Campaign Optimization

  • Establish and monitor lead generation metrics, tracking conversion from impression to pipeline contribution.

  • Continuously test and refine messaging, channels, and campaign mechanics to maximize ROI.

Key Qualifications

  • Healthcare Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B healthcare marketing, specifically targeting large US healthcare organizations

  • Proven IC Track Record: Senior in strategic thinking to act autonomously, but energized by executing the work directly (writing copy, building campaigns, managing lead flow).

  • Data-to-Content Mastery: Demonstrated capability to digest complex, data-heavy content and translate it into clear, engaging, sales-driving marketing campaigns.

  • US Market Understanding: Strong grasp of the US healthcare buyer journey, enterprise sales cycles, and industry dynamics.

  • Scrappy & Autonomous: Thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment with minimal handholding; takes full ownership of outcomes from day one.

If you’re passionate about working with high-impact products that solve real-world problems, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today!
