  • Provide tactical support to maintain program momentum, reduce friction, and enable the DXP implementation and management to stay strategically focused. Responsibilities may include: prepare program documentation and reporting, facilitate cross-team working sessions, track readiness across migration waves, DXP project plan management & tracking, status & leadership reports, program calendar.
  • Partner with the Migration Lead to ensure systems are configured and ready for each partner launch
  • Lead onboarding and training for content authors and partner marketing teams
  • Establish and enforce publishing standards and quality controls
What Success Looks Like
  • Teams are producing content faster and with fewer revision cycles
  • Partner site launches are well-prepared with templates, training, and documentation ready on schedule
  • Cross-functional teams collaborate smoothly with clear handoffs and minimal confusion
  • DXP program remains on schedule with all teams providing inputs on-time
How Impact Will be Measured in the First Year
  • Reduction in content production cycle time
  • Improved content quality scores, accessibility compliance, and SEO performance
  • Positive feedback from internal teams and partners on workflow clarity and support
Experience That Matters Most
  • 5–7+ years in marketing operations, web production, or content management systems
  • Hands-on experience with content workflows, CMS platforms, and component-based design
  • Track record of improving processes and driving alignment across multiple teams
  • Strong communication skills — you can translate marketing needs into operational systems
Experience That's Great to Have
  • Experience with enterprise CMS/DXP platforms (Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency at scale.

  • Background in higher education, EdTech, or multi-brand/franchise environments
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Workfront, Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Experience supporting large-scale platform migrations or digital transformations
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and SEO best practices
