Who you are:

As a Senior Marketing Specialist- Events & Sponsorships, you are our visionary, bringing countless campaigns to life one idea at a time. In this role, you will play an integral part of the day-to-day marketing responsibilities to ensure we are accomplishing our goals. Our specialist enjoy collaboration, often working with both in-house staff and agency partners to develop strategies and marketing materials for various campaigns. You will use your critical thinking skills, innovative personality, and passion for marketing to help implement various marketing strategies and remain competitive amongst are competitors.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Recommend and implement different strategies to achieve our organic growth goals based upon a designated segment

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that the Community Banking teams are implementing Community Banking strategy and using the tools available to them

  • Responsible for planning and managing events with outside partners when appropriate of varying sizes and purposes by overseeing all tasks throughout the event planning process

  • Recommend and assist in the implementation of advertising strategies

  • Identify opportunities for new tactics or enhancements to existing events and programs

  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes 

 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Finance

  • 2+ years bank and/or marketing experience

  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies to drive improvements to business performance and customer experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
