Senior .NET Developer

Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer (Full-Time Position) 

Location: Dallas, TX (4 days On-Site)

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies. 

• Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue). 

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. 

• Architect and implement solutions using modern design principles including microservices, containerization, and cloud-native patterns. 

• Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure robust and scalable solutions. 

• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers. 

• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. 

• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and testing. 

• Document technical specifications and maintain application documentation. 

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. 

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 

• Interface with cross-functional teams to deliver complete work products. 

• Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests. 

• Execute daily, iteration, and project-level tasks on time and within committed timeframes. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development using .NET technologies. 

• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework. 

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue. 

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. 

• Experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases. 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). 

• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM). 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Strong communication and presentation skills. 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Experience: 

• Microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) 

• Azure DevOps or similar tools 

• Cloud-native development and deployment strategies 

• Unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit) 

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB) 

• Event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., Azure Service Bus, Kafka)
