What Your Days Will be Like:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the HomePay Technology team in the position of Senior .NET Engineer. The candidate would join a small, agile team responsible for analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation, and implementation of new product features. They will also be responsible for collaboration with engineers working on our Go stack, creating solutions that best fit the business.

What You'll Be Working On: 

  • Work with team on developing cut-in features on a large .NET codebase.
  • Collaborate with engineers on our Go stack to help break off functionality.
  • Use your creativity and engineering talent to deliver user-facing value in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 6+ years of professional engineering experience
  • 3+ years net /.net core experience
  • Aspx.Net
  • Web (.aspx, mobile responsive, desktop, javascript)
  • Go
  • GraphQL
  • Docker
  • MsSQL or Postgres
  • CI/CD, Jenkins
  • GRPC/PROTO

Salary Range:  $145,000 - $160,000

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
