Nox Metals is hiring a Senior Operator who will report directly to the CEO. This role does not require manufacturing experienced, we are looking for someone who has scaled a company.

This role will manage all business functions and help us scale:

We are looking for someone who has done the following, though we are not married to these:

  • Has scaled a startup from early days to growth stage or IPO

  • Managed a team of over 25

  • Has reported and supported a CEO or leader within a high growth company

  • Has been an operator

  • Has built things that never existed before

The role will be based in LA and/or Detroit. It is full-time in person.
