The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Payroll modules and a proven track record of delivering functional solutions for complex payroll environments. Job Responsibilities- Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Payroll implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide guidance on payroll compliance, calculations, and integrations with other Oracle HCM modules.
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful payroll runs.
- Support change management and end-user training for payroll processes.
- Partner with technical teams to validate integrations and customizations.
- Deliver high-quality documentation and maintain project timelines.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Payroll in an HCM environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll rules, fast formulas, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
- Ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
