As AI agents, autonomous LLMs, and sophisticated bots become more prevalent, DataDome is at the forefront of introducing new trust and security solutions to the market in the age of AI-driven traffic. As a Senior Partner Marketing Program Manager at DataDome, you’ll be able to make a real impact in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

⭐ About the team

The Senior Partner Marketing Program Manager runs the co-marketing that turns partner relationships into qualified introductions for DataDome sellers. Our team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun culture that is excited about helping customers protect themselves against sophisticated bots and cyberfraud.

DataDome’s partner ecosystem is built for depth, not volume. Technology and cloud alliances build awareness and credibility. A select group of resellers and referral partners extend our reach with customers. In both cases, partners hand qualified interest to DataDome sellers, who own discovery, demo, POC, negotiation and close.

Reporting to the CMO, with strong operating alignment to our Channel & Alliances leader, you will work closely with the channel, alliances, events, field marketing, content, product marketing and revenue teams to drive joint go-to-market motions and accelerate partner-sourced pipeline. This role works US time zones, and we would be open to remote for the right candidate.

Your scope

👉 You will be more specifically in charge of things like...

  • Create, evangelize and run quarterly marketing roadmaps across alliances and VARs, that build a scalable program, not a collection of one-off initiatives.
  • Build joint marketing plans for priority partners, with owners, dates and targets tied to a shared customer problem
  • These partner marketing plans can include co-branded webinars, field events, customer stories, thought leadership, launch assets, partner landing pages, newsletter placements, event cross-promotion, PR and more. Write campaign briefs and apply our partner messaging framework.
  • Project manage these deliverables with internal stakeholders, and directly tailor existing content for partners, using our AI tools. Coordinate partner approvals, and hold internal and external stakeholders to dates.
  • Create, launch and own partner communications
  • Collaborate with field marketing on partner events: create joint partner event calendar and budget allocation, handle event promotion with partners, evaluate event performance
  • Own MDF requests and approvals. Suggest incentive MDF, and recommend what to fund, scale or stop.
  • Design and launch multi-partner plays
  • Keep the partner marketing calendar,
  • Work with RevOps on partner records, campaign taxonomy and activity capture.
  • Track participation, MQAs, SQLs, sourced and influenced pipeline, and spend efficiency by motion. Report partner activity per strategic account for QBRs, and deliver a quarterly readout per priority partner with scale, change and stop calls.
It would be great if...

👤 You bring...

  • A project manager’s mindset: you take what marketing teams produce, chase every stakeholder, and execute part of it yourself.
  • Initiative and follow-through, drive to launch and execute programs
  • Mid-level partner, channel or field marketing experience, and comfort with both field activation and content programs.
  • Comfort working with executive leadership
  • Openness to being trained in DataDome’s partner model rather than relying on a traditional channel playbook.
  • A data-minded approach to MQAs, SQLs, sourced and influenced pipeline, and spend efficiency.
  • Native or strong English, with US time-zone overlap.
What’s in it for you?
  • Remote or Hybrid work setup (3 days/week in office) with access to our Soho, NYC office, a $50/month allowance for those coming in regularly (10+ days/month), and a $500 home office stipend to set up your ideal workspace — fostering the collaboration, fairness, and alignment that fuels DataDome's growth.
  • Health Benefits: We offer medical, dental, & vision insurance options to keep you feeling your best.

  • PTO: 27 days + 12 national holidays.
  • 401K: eligibility + matching.
What are the next steps?
  • You x Talent Acquisition Manager

  • You will complete a presentation and present it to the team
  • You x Member of the leadership team
  • You x our CEO
  • Welcome to DataDome!
