Job Summary

WorkCare is seeking a Senior Partner Program Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem from the ground up.

This role is responsible for developing and executing WorkCare's partner strategy, recruiting and activating new partners, establishing program structure and operational processes, and creating a repeatable framework that drives long-term pipeline and revenue growth.

The initial focus will center on brokers, workers' compensation stakeholders, TPAs, carriers, and referral organizations that influence occupational health purchasing decisions. Over time, the Senior Partner Program Manager will expand the ecosystem to include strategic relationships across insurance, staffing, EHS technology, workplace safety, wellness, healthcare services, and other complementary industries.

This is a highly cross-functional role that combines business development, partner management, program development, marketing coordination, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, process-oriented, and excited to build a scalable partner program where little formal infrastructure exists today.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Partner Recruitment & Ecosystem Growth

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners aligned with WorkCare's growth goals.
  • Build a target account list and partner recruitment strategy focused on:
    • Brokers and consultants
    • TPAs
    • Workers' compensation carriers
    • Staffing organizations
    • EHS and safety providers
    • Insurance and risk management firms
    • Occupational health and healthcare organizations
    • Technology partners
  • Develop outreach strategies to engage prospective partners.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and revenue potential.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners.
 

Partner Program Development

  • Design and implement WorkCare's partner program infrastructure.
  • Develop partner tiers, eligibility requirements, benefits, and engagement models.
  • Create partner onboarding, activation, and retention processes.
  • Build partner playbooks, workflows, documentation, and program guidelines.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish partner goals, incentives, and success criteria.
  • Develop scalable processes that support future program growth.
 

Partner Enablement & Engagement

  • Create partner onboarding and training programs.
  • Develop partner-facing resources including:
    • Sales materials
    • Service overviews
    • Playbooks
    • Presentations
    • FAQs
    • Marketing collateral
  • Ensure partners understand WorkCare's solutions, value proposition, and referral process.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings and business reviews.
  • Develop programs that increase partner engagement, referrals, and opportunity creation.
 

Co-Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute partner marketing initiatives.
  • Support development of:
    • Joint webinars
    • Events
    • Campaigns
    • Content collaborations
    • Referral programs
    • Thought leadership opportunities
  • Coordinate co-marketing activities that generate awareness, leads, and pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic account targeting with partners.
 

Revenue & Pipeline Growth

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align partner activities with revenue objectives.
  • Facilitate introductions, referrals, and co-selling opportunities.
  • Track partner-generated opportunities from initial engagement through closed business.
  • Support annual pipeline and revenue goals associated with partner channels.
 

Program Operations & Analytics

  • Implement processes and reporting that measure partner performance.
  • Track:
    • Partner recruitment
    • Partner activity
    • Referrals
    • Pipeline creation
    • Revenue contribution
    • Program engagement
  • Maintain partner records and performance metrics in CRM systems.
  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting on partner program effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve program operations using performance data and partner feedback.
  • Perform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by manager for the efficient operation of WorkCare.
Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in:
    • Partnerships
    • Channel development
    • Business development
    • Alliance management
    • Partner marketing
    • Strategic relationship management
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and managing external business partners.
  • Experience building programs, processes, or operational frameworks.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Computer Skills

  • Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed.

Physical Demands

  • Requires sitting for long periods of time, working at a desk.
  • Some bending and stretching could be required.
  • Working under stress and use of computer/phone required.
  • Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard.
  • Occasionally may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 15 pounds and climb stairs

Work Environment

  • The noise level is usually moderate.
  • Air quality is good and temperature is controlled.
  • Work Environment must be free from background noise and distraction.
  • At home set up must meet all Company IT, privacy, and safety requirements.

This position has an annual salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 and is eligible for a 10% annual bonus target. Final compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
