Who We Are:
Interra Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming how providers and patients navigate the prescription journey. Formed through the merger of DoseSpot, Arrive Health, and pVerify, Interra Health delivers trusted eligibility, real-time coverage and pricing insights, prescribing tools, and pharmacy transparency at the point of care—helping providers make informed decisions and patients access the right medications with greater clarity and affordability. Backed by strong market momentum and a bold vision for the future of connected care, Interra Health offers the chance to join an innovative, mission-driven team working at the intersection of software and healthcare to reduce friction, improve access, and make the healthcare experience better for everyone.

About the role:

As our Senior People Partner, you'll be the strategic partner across Product, Engineering and Operations organizations, helping build high-performing teams and enabling the business to scale. You'll be embedded in the day-to-day rhythms of the organization, bringing candor, sound judgment, and business acumen to decisions on talent, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and change.

You’ll join a small, high-impact team of five, where everyone is expected to think strategically, execute with excellence, and build for scale. As a dedicated People Partner, you'll help shape how we partner with the business and how the function evolves as Interra Health continues to scale.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll coach leaders through complex decisions, build scalable people solutions, and help shape how we leverage AI to make our teams—and our People function—more effective.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the strategic People Partner for Product, Engineering, and Operations, partnering with leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and building high-performing teams.

  • Build trusted partnerships with leaders by bringing candor, sound judgment, and business acumen.

  • Embed yourself in the business by participating in planning cycles and operating rhythms, anticipating challenges before they become people problems.

  • Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment, balancing business needs, risk, and the employee experience while coaching leaders to make thoughtful, principals-aligned decisions.

  • Build scalable People programs and operating mechanisms, using AI and automation to simplify work, improve decision-making, and increase impact.

  • Partner across the People function to deliver integrated solutions and build new capabilities as the organization grows and evolves.

  • Champion AI adoption and change management, helping leaders and teams build the skills needed to thrive in an AI-enabled workplace.

  • Use data and business insight to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and improve organizational effectiveness

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner supporting Product, Engineering, Operations, or other technical organizations.

  • Experience partnering with leaders through high-growth, scaling, or post-merger integration, helping teams scale and navigate change.

  • Strong business acumen and executive presence, with the ability to influence leaders and translate business priorities into people strategy.

  • Demonstrated success coaching leaders through performance, organizational design, talent strategy, and complex people matters.

  • A builder mindset—you create scalable programs and ways of working, thrive in ambiguity, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology, with a track record of using new tools to improve how work gets done and helping organizations adapt to new ways of working.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving organizations where ambiguity is expected and building is part of the job.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience in healthcare technology is a plus.

Core Competencies:

Knowledge & Application

Understands how Product, Engineering, and Operations teams think, prioritize, and operate — earning trust by speaking the language, not just translating HR into it. Applies deep HR business partner expertise, informed by AI and emerging-tech trends, to set the approach for how people practices show up inside a fast-moving, cross-functional client group, not just to execute existing programs.

Complexity & Problem Solving

Navigates ambiguous, high-stakes situations — org restructures, capability gaps, role evolution driven by AI — where the right answer isn't obvious, exercising independent judgment and owning outcomes that affect business performance and employee experience. Leads change rather than just supporting it, designing and executing programs that shift mindsets and build capability, with a clear point of view on the future of work and AI's role in it.

Collaboration & Interaction

Works effectively across line, middle, and senior management within a client group, and with the broader People Team. Advises managers on complex, sensitive matters, adapts communication for diverse audiences, translates between business needs and People strategy, and knows when to loop in the Head of People for executive- level partnership.
