Senior Performance / Growth Marketer

  • Location: Remote (US/CAN),

  • Type: Full-time

  • Experience: 6+ years

Summary

Theori is a global leader in offensive security, founded by the world's most elite hackers. With a decade of unparalleled technical expertise, we're revolutionizing the cybersecurity paradigm with Xint, our AI-native AppSec platform spanning Xint Web (autonomous web app penetration testing) and Xint Code (AI-powered code security). Xint has been featured in The Verge, is in production with customers like Samsung Electronics, and is being adopted by security teams who want hacker-grade testing without hiring an army of pentesters.

We're hiring a Senior Performance / Growth Marketer to own the execution of Xint's paid campaigns, the HubSpot system behind them, and the Xint website. You'll build, launch and optimize campaigns across paid channels, own the website they drive traffic to, and connect every click to pipeline in HubSpot.

This is a hands-on role. You won't hand briefs to an agency, you'll be in the ad accounts and the CRM every day. You'll work closely with product marketing, sales and leadership to turn Xint's positioning into campaigns that reach security buyers and convert them into qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own paid campaign execution end to end across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads search and display, and retargeting: audiences, targeting, budgets, bidding, creative trafficking, UTMs and conversion tracking.

  • Test new paid channels, including Reddit, G2, and security-focused publishers and newsletters, and scale what returns.

  • Run structured A/B tests on audiences, offers, copy and landing pages, document the results, and retire what does not work.

  • Own HubSpot Marketing Hub as Xint's analyst and power user: lead capture, forms, landing pages, lists, segments and nurture workflows.

  • Own lead scoring, lifecycle stages, lead routing and the MQL-to-SQL handoff with Sales, and keep CRM data clean through properties, deduplication, enrichment and governance.

  • Own the Xint website: page updates, new pages, navigation, the demo request path, and fast on-brand landing pages for campaigns, launches and events.

  • Run conversion rate optimization against demo requests, and own technical and on-page SEO, site speed, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

  • Build HubSpot dashboards and attribution reporting that tie spend to pipeline and revenue, and report monthly with a clear call on what to scale, fix or cut.

Requirements
  • 6+ years in performance, growth, or demand gen marketing, with at least 4 in B2B SaaS.

  • Direct, hands-on management of paid budgets, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with results you can walk us through.

  • Expert-level HubSpot: you've built workflows and lead scoring from scratch and set up attribution reporting.

  • Hands-on Webflow expertise, including CMS collections, components and publishing workflow, with a record of owning a B2B company website.

  • Working knowledge of SEO, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, plus conversion tracking, UTMs, pixels and ad platform integrations.

  • Comfort with data: you build your own reports, read a funnel, and make budget calls from the numbers.

  • A testing mindset, with a record of experiments that moved conversion rate, cost per opportunity or pipeline.

  • Experience marketing to technical or senior buyers, where long cycles and buying committees are the norm, and clear written communication across marketing, sales and leadership.

Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, DevSecOps or developer-adjacent products to CISOs and security teams.
