Brightside is looking for a creative and analytical Senior Performance Marketing Manager who knows Meta inside and out. This role is for someone who has personally owned a large, complex Meta growth channels from end-to-end. You'll run one of the newest segments of our portfolio, owning performance marketing strategy for a new service line — management, reporting, optimization, and testing across paid search, affiliates, content marketing, display, and other channels — while navigating the unique dynamics of the healthcare vertical to scale acquisition efficiently.


You will leverage your subject matter expertise, digital marketing experience, and our campaign + product + business data to continually optimize and recommend best practices and testing scenarios to make our next success even greater. You will be responsible for helping position our customer promise in the right place at the right time and the right price to scale customer acquisition efficiently. You’ll also stay up-to-date on growth marketing best practices and industry insights to help manage vendor relationships. You’ll help shape how AI and automation reduce manual work across reporting, optimization, and QA so the team can spend more time on strategy. You’ll get real exposure to leadership and help define the next chapter of performance marketing at Brightside Health.


What you’ll be doing as Senior Performance Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and execute the entire performance marketing vision, strategy, roadmap, and initiatives for Meta
  • Execute and iterate on effective performance marketing across Meta 
  • Analyze and report on campaign and creative performance across Meta
  • Develop robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize advertising tactics, copy, content, and landing page performance
  • Support effective attribution, market match testing, and more to ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our target customer, healthcare, digital marketing, and competitive trends
  • Collaborate to optimize landing page and funnel performance for leads sourced from Meta


Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience owning Meta performance growth strategies and tactics, including ad calendars, running large paid social accounts across campaign planning, execution, management, and optimization
  • Demonstrated expertise in deriving actionable insights and visualizing data using platforms such as Tableau and Amplitude
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • Refined understanding of A/B test practices; ability to connect product data and marketing data
  • Advanced Meta tooling experience


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with writing SQL (BigQuery) queries to manipulate existing data or create custom views for independently exploring data
  • Experience executing marketing initiatives in healthcare or a similarly regulated industry
  • Experience with building affiliate or influencer relationships
  • Experience optimizing a multistep funnel (e.g., Lead > Qualified Lead > Sale)
