We are seeking a Senior Ping Identity Engineer with deep expertise in the Ping Identity ecosystem and AWS. This role is a blend of solution design (50%) and hands-on engineering (50%), focused on building and supporting customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions for customer-facing and B2B partner applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop CIAM solutions using PingFederate, Ping Directory, PingOne CIAM, and Ping DaVinci.
- Build and support authentication and authorization solutions utilizing OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, and token exchange.
- Integrate third-party and partner applications into the enterprise identity platform.
- Develop AWS-native identity solutions using Lambda, Terraform, Kafka, and OpenSearch.
- Partner with engineering and security teams to define identity architecture and best practices.
- Serve as a senior technical expert, providing guidance while remaining heavily involved in hands-on development.
- Support MFA, adaptive authentication, and risk-based access initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate and Ping Directory.
- Experience with PingOne CIAM and PingOne MFA.
- Working knowledge of Ping DaVinci.
- Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, federation, and token exchange.
- Strong AWS experience, particularly Lambda and cloud-native integrations.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proven ability to design, build, and implement identity solutions independently.
- Experience onboarding customer-facing and partner applications onto CIAM platforms.
- Experience with PingOne Protect and risk-based authentication.
- Familiarity with PingOne Advanced Services.
- Experience with Kafka and OpenSearch.
- Background supporting large-scale customer identity environments.
