Position Summary

The Senior Placement Specialist provides advanced expertise in complex placements and acts as a trusted advisor to brokers, sales leadership, and internal stakeholders. This role drives high impact solutions and contributes to placement strategy and process development.

What will your job entail?

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads the most complex, strategic, or high-risk placements
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on markets, programs, and solutions
  • Advises brokers and sales leaders on optimal placement strategies
  • Designs and presents sophisticated marketing and solution proposals
  • Guides resolution of escalated issues and nonstandard scenarios
  • Influences placement policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coaches and reviews work of specialists and associates
  • May be accountable for delivery of tactical placement goals through the team

Work Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience (or equivalent)

Licenses & Certifications

  • Insurance licenses or designations may be beneficial but are not required

The target salary range for this position is $103,565.00 - $120,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
