About NewRocket

NewRocket is the AI-first Elite ServiceNow Partner that helps enterprises activate real value on the Now Platform. We combine deep industry expertise, human-centered design, and enterprise-grade AI to deliver intelligent workflows that power transformation at scale. Our mission is to go beyond workflows—creating experiences where employees flourish, customers thrive, and businesses accelerate.

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Solution Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro to design, lead, and optimize enterprise-scale asset-management implementations. This role blends architecture, advisory, and innovation—ideal for someone who understands both the technical architecture of ServiceNow and the commercial levers of asset optimization.

As an ITAM Solution Architect, you will partner with clients to build intelligent asset ecosystems that increase visibility, reduce risk, and drive measurable cost savings across software and hardware portfolios. You’ll guide teams in delivering end-to-end solutions that integrate ITAM, ITOM, and FinOps capabilities into a unified, AI-powered view of the enterprise.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB integration, and procurement workflows.
  • Define strategies for license reconciliation, optimization, reclamation, and compliance across major publishers (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, SAP).
  • Collaborate with clients to align ITAM roadmaps with business objectives, financial goals, and audit readiness.
  • Build automation and intelligence into ITAM processes using ServiceNow AI, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics.
  • Conduct workshops with finance, procurement, and IT stakeholders to design governance models and lifecycle policies.
  • Develop solution architecture artifacts—process diagrams, data models, and integration patterns—that ensure quality, scalability, and reusability.
  • Integrate ITAM solutions with ITOM Discovery, HR, Procurement, and Cloud Cost Management modules to deliver a single system of record.
  • Support pre-sales, proposal creation, and demonstrations as the subject-matter expert for ITAM and SAM Pro.
  • Mentor consultants and developers on ITAM architecture, licensing logic, and configuration best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging ServiceNow features and AI enhancements related to asset intelligence and financial optimization.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM with a primary focus on SAM Pro.
  • Proven knowledge of software-license models, entitlement management, discovery normalization, and compliance reconciliation.
  • Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow ITAM and external data sources (SCCM, Flexera, Snow, Jamf, Azure AD, AWS).
  • Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and data governance principles.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred: CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM, CIS-ITSM, CAD, CSA.
  • Familiarity with ITOM Discovery, ITFM, FinOps, and AI/Automation Engine capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills—able to explain asset optimization strategies to both CFOs and technical teams.
  • A consultative mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and sustainable cost control.
Why NewRocket
  • Shape the future of intelligent asset management as part of an AI-first ServiceNow Elite Partner.
  • Work with leading global organizations on high-impact ITAM transformations.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary experts in ITOM, AI, and FinOps to design next-generation solutions.
  • Enjoy a flexible, remote-first culture built on trust, learning, and innovation.
