As Senior Principal of Change Management at Epicor, you will be at the forefront of our internal AI transformation—helping teams evolve how they work, learn from one another, and scale proven AI use cases into modern, sustainable workflows. You will be responsible for designing change enablement strategies, building peer-led learning systems, and driving measurable adoption across departments. We are seeking applicants with a passion for behavior change, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative spirit to help us shape the future of work.
What you will be doing:
  • Design and implement change readiness frameworks to prepare teams for AI-augmented workflows
  • Build and scale peer-led training models and validation mechanisms across departments
  • Develop micro-learning pathways, coaching guides, and live training programs using human-centered learning principles
  • Codify successful AI use cases into repeatable SOPs in partnership with operational leads
  • Track enablement KPIs, skill lift, and SOP adherence using performance and feedback data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive adoption
  • Communicate program impact to leadership and adjust interventions based on analytics and business outcomes
What you will likely bring:
  • 7–10 years’ experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development
  • Proven success driving adoption of new technologies or operating models across diverse teams
  • Deep knowledge of transformation design, human-centered learning theory, and enablement analytics
  • Strong fluency in collaboration tools and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Power Automate)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and building consensus across functions
  • Enthusiasm for solving problems, modernizing workflows, and fostering AI-first curiosity
What could set you apart:
  • Experience with enterprise automation or emerging technology implementations
  • Background in learning strategy methods such as I/O psychology, human-centered AI, and innovation validation
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments or transformation within high-growth tech companies
  • Knowledge of program management, product management, and workflow impact tracking

Range:

Minimum: $90,000 USD Maximum: $250,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
