Develop and deliver high-level process engineering design with a focus on ethylene furnaces.  Support engineering activities within proposals, studies, project execution, and operations.  Coordinate execution of Detailed Engineering Packages. Ensure all engineering deliverables are fully compliant with design and engineering standards, procedures, schedules, and budget. Analyze project specifications requirements. Analyze, develop, and deliver proposal requirements and technical studies. Assist in the development of design parameters and methodologies. Prepare safe, environmentally friendly, cost and time effective engineering analysis.   Recommend solutions to complex engineering issues.  Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to support project activities, from concept engineering stage to start-up. Assist in the development of a process knowledge databases for studies, projects, and/or operations (capturing and reporting relevant events and experiences, with explanatory technical notes).  Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up events, as necessary. Provide technical support, direction, and mentorship to junior process engineers. 

Position requires travel. 

Job Requirements

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field followed by 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Senior Principal Process Engineer-related occupation.
