Your Future Team
We're looking for a seasoned, results-driven, AI-forward product management leader to join Atlassian's Strategy Collection product management team! Strategy Collection is Atlassian's "roof of the house" for the Atlassian System of Work that aligns a company's strategy to its execution. This role will define and deliver AI-powered experiences that transform how organizations set strategy, align work, and drive outcomes. You will be responsible for driving experience innovation and impact across Strategy Collection apps and agents, maximizing customer value, and driving new innovation.
This is a hands-on position; we are looking for someone who is autonomous, strong at execution, can break down a grand vision into meaningful first steps, and lead or influence teams to get it over the line. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional leadership role with significant executive visibility. This role reports directly to the Head of Product of Strategy Collection.

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: USD 224,100 - USD 292,575
Zone B: USD 202,500 - USD 264,375
Zone C: USD 186,300 - USD 243,225
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In this role, you will:
- Define the GenAI and AI Agent vision and roadmap for the Strategy Collection.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases (e.g., strategic insight generation, risk detection, dependency analysis, workflow automation).
- Drive productization of AI Agents, including:
- Human-in-the-loop and autonomous workflows
- Guardrails, governance, and trust mechanisms
- Enterprise-grade permissions and controls
- Partner across AI Platform, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM to deliver scalable, differentiated capabilities.
- Define success metrics and drive measurable business and customer outcomes.
Your background:
- 12+ years of Product Management experience, including significant ownership of AI/ML-powered products. Founder-level experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in GenAI systems (LLMs, RAG, prompt design, evaluation frameworks).
- Direct experience building or shipping AI Agents or autonomous workflows, including prototyping with AI tools such as Replit, Claude Code, etc.
- Strong enterprise SaaS background with experience operating at strategic, multi-product scope.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
- Technical fluency to work deeply with engineering and ML teams.
