Here at Huckberry, we’re on a mission to inspire and equip adventures near and far, and along the way, create the most loved men’s retailer on the planet. To help us get there, we are looking for a Senior Producer, Campaign Marketing to step in, completely own our Creative Production process, and act as the primary driver behind our seasonal creative production strategy. In this role, you will be the primary liaison connecting our Buyers, Brand Marketing, and Content channels to our seasonal production approach.

You will work upstream with our Brand and Product teams to shape the production strategy for our biggest seasonal shoots—translating the GTM plan into clear campaign priorities, detailed project timelines, and the production staffing required to bring our brand stories to life. You’ll level up our pre-production process with explicit, channel-by-channel deliverable plans (including video needs) and detailed shot lists that pay off hero product positioning as set forward by the Brand team. We are looking for a master coordinator and strategic leader who can elevate our campaign ecosystem, introduce operational efficiencies, and build seamless cross-functional workflows. Ultimately, you will be a key guardian of our brand execution, directly impacting Campaign Revenue and Campaign Sessions while keeping us tightly within our annual budget.

In this position, you will report to our Director of Creative and lead our production team.

This role is based out of our headquarters in Austin, TX; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary driver behind our seasonal creative production strategy, partnering upstream with Brand and Product to shape the vision and approach for our biggest seasonal shoots
  • Provide clear, company-wide visibility to how GTM priorities will be addressed through creative production
  • Leverage channel deliverable plans—including video needs—to develop detailed shot lists that pay off hero product positioning as set forward by the Brand team
  • Leverage AI and other modern tools to iron out shoot logistics, develop mood boards and pre-visualize what we’ll capture on set, aligning stakeholders in advance of the shoot
  • Support our Creative Director - on-set and in pre-production - in the pursuit of bringing the creative brief to life in the most impactful way possible
  • Build efficiencies into our production process across team bandwidth, staffing, and spend
  • Establish and refine a seamless workflow between our content and brand teams that locks into our GTM rhythm
  • Lead the production team, optimize overall production processes, and manage day-to-day project staffing - to include freelance producers at times
  • Actively contribute to campaign story selection—helping decide who we feature, where we go, and what adventures we track
  • Manage and own the creative production budget, specifically overseeing allocations for campaign shoots, campaign videos, and our active roster of freelance producers and stylists

Requirements
  • 6–8+ years of experience in creative production, with a strong preference for background experience within an agency or an in-house brand team
  • Proven experience driving creative production strategy and leading, managing, and inspiring a team of creative producers and project managers
  • A flawless ability to manage multiple complex projects and productions simultaneously without missing a beat
  • Strong background in creative production budget management and optimizing workflows alongside commercial stakeholders like Buyers and Marketers
  • Comfort leveraging AI and other modern tools to streamline pre-production, build mood boards, and pre-visualize shoots
  • A sharp, developed eye for style, photography, and great design
  • A genuine interest in men’s adventure brands, apparel, and style. Direct experience in the men’s lifestyle, apparel, or outdoor industry is preferred but not required
  • A relentless self-starter with a great attitude, collaborative spirit, and a ton of energy.
