Level is a learning technology company dedicated to helping students build real academic and life skills with confidence and joy. We combine proven curriculum principles with world class interactive design to make meaningful practice something students want to come back to, not something they struggle through.

We support what teachers, schools, and parents are already doing by increasing student engagement with high quality, standards aligned practice that reinforces classroom learning. That’s why we’re building:

For students: Rewarding and motivating learning experiences that build real academic proficiency.

For educators: Tools that fit naturally into instruction and help students stay engaged while reducing teacher workload.

For parents: Whether learning at school or at home, activities that help your kid catch up or get ahead, build confidence, and minimize homework battles.

We are committed to helping every person maximize their potential and live a life of meaning. It’s a difficult problem that requires brilliant people and tremendous effort over time.

We're seeking a Senior Producer who sees themselves as a partner and advocate for the teams they support. You'll be the connective tissue between curriculum developers, engineers, designers, and educators—never a roadblock, but the person who paves the way for everyone to do their best work.

You thrive in environments where you can build systems, streamline pipelines, and find creative solutions to keep complex projects moving forward. You know how to balance scope, timelines, and quality while ensuring every team member has what they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Drive Production & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end production process for EdTech curriculum development and platform integration, from concept through release and ongoing support

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies that keep teams aligned and projects on track

  • Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks, then solve them before they impact delivery

Build Bridges & Enable Teams

  • Serve as the primary liaison between curriculum developers, engineers, designers, researchers, and educators to ensure unified vision and seamless execution

  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders so nothing gets lost in translation

  • Act as an advocate for your teams, securing the tools, resources, and support they need to accomplish their goals

Manage Pipelines & Process

  • Establish and refine production pipelines that help teams work efficiently without sacrificing quality

  • Maintain deep understanding of project scope, educational objectives, technical constraints, and timelines to provide expert guidance on development pathways

  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish rigorous testing and review processes for curriculum content across platforms

Partner for Success

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (including educational partners) to ensure cohesive, integrated production

  • Develop strong understanding of our technical architecture and development processes to effectively troubleshoot issues and remove blockers

  • Balance the artistic, educational, and technical aspects of interactive curriculum development to deliver exceptional learning experiences

What You Bring

Must Have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in EdTech, interactive media, digital product development, or related fields with a focus on complex, multi-disciplinary projects

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and keep sophisticated digital projects moving forward on time and within scope

  • Strong understanding of digital development processes and the unique considerations of building interactive experiences

  • Track record of being a partner and enabler rather than a gatekeeper—you clear paths, you don't create obstacles

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical, creative, and educational stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with live service products, including release pipelines, build processes, and live incident management

  • Background in EdTech or deep understanding of educational principles and curriculum development

  • Experience defining and implementing features that bridge different disciplines or technical systems

  • Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools (Unreal, Unity, Godot, or similar platforms)

  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
