As a Senior Product Designer you will play a critical role in shaping the design strategy and execution for Atlassian's Strategy Collection. The Strategy Collection is purpose-built for executives and their operations leaders to drive a better ROI on decisions around strategic investments. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $161,100 - $210,325
Zone B: $145,800 - $190,350
Zone C: $134,100 - $175,075
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary team, including Engineers, Product Managers, and Content Designers.
- User Advocacy: Champion world-class user experience, aligning with our mission to be an experience-led company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to create user-centric designs aligned with the Strategy Collection's goals.
- Lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring highly-crafted user experiences.
- Use data-driven insights for design decisions and iterate in a face-paced environment.
- Develop prototypes and patterns for scalable, consistent interfaces.
- Engage with customers and sales teams for insights and feedback.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in designing enterprise software/services.
- Experience with complex design systems across multiple products.
- Strong facilitation, collaboration, and a flexible approach to teamwork.
- Thrives in navigating ambiguous 0-1 environments by leveraging proven methodologies to foster clarity and direction.
- Understanding and utilizing motion design within a user experience.
- Proficient in UX/UI, customer journey flows, and highly crafted visual design.
- Ability to define projects, test assumptions, and incorporate feedback.
- Proficient in design tools like Figma and other prototyping tools.
- Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
