About Tradeify

Tradeify is a professional-grade futures trading platform providing access to commodities, equity indices, currencies, and interest rate products. We equip traders with the execution tools, market data, and infrastructure they need to perform at the highest level — whether they are independent retail participants or institutional desks.

We are building a world-class team that combines deep market knowledge, analytical rigor, and a genuine passion for performance. If futures markets excite you, you will feel right at home here.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a senior product designer who can take a business goal and run with it (from discovery through shipped product) with minimal handholding. You'll own problems end to end: scoping the work, driving stakeholder conversations, and making the UX and UI calls that get us to the right solution, not just a polished one. This is a critical hire as we grow our design team and move toward designers owning full product areas and running continuous discovery within them.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone with a proven track record who is ready to lead a team and make a direct impact.

What You Will Do

Ownership & Discovery

  • Take a business goal or opportunity and independently scope it into shippable work

  • Run your own discovery: talking to users, digging into data, and identifying the real problem before designing a solution

  • Attend and run stakeholder meetings, representing design and driving alignment without needing a detailed brief

Design Execution

  • Find the right solution first, then make it beautiful, grounding UX decisions in business outcomes and user needs

  • Design and ship production-quality UX and UI across our product surfaces

  • Use AI tooling where it accelerates your process, and know where it doesn't — with enough front-end conceptual familiarity to grow into shipping directly with AI over time

Collaboration

  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and other designers to drive work from concept to shipped

  • Bring an evidence-based orientation to the team — reaching for data and research before jumping into design

What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a track record of owning problems end-to-end

  • Strong UX judgment grounded in business context — you find the right solution before making it beautiful

  • Evidence-based orientation: hands-on experience using data, research, or analytics as part of your design process

  • Comfortable and curious working with AI tools, with enough front-end conceptual understanding to grow into shipping directly with AI over time

  • Genuine care for product design as a craft

  • Proven ability to run stakeholder meetings and drive alignment independently, without needing a detailed brief

Nice to Have
  • Experience with motion / micro-interaction design

  • Native app (iOS/Android) design experience

  • Interest in or curiosity about trading and financial markets

Why Join Tradeify
  • Join a professional-grade futures trading firm at a pivotal stage of growth

  • Work with and learn from experienced traders across multiple asset classes

  • High-performance culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and results

  • Access to premium market data tools, exchange infrastructure, and industry resources

  • Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits

  • Room to grow into owning a full product area and running continuous discovery within it as our design team scales

A Note on Our Hiring Process
At Tradeify, we use AI-assisted tools as part of our recruiting process, which may include resume screening, application review, and candidate communication. We want all applicants to be aware of this upfront so you can make an informed decision about applying. Final hiring decisions are always made by a member of our team.
