Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.

Opportunity & Impact
At Redox, design sits at the intersection of complex technology and human experience. We believe great design can simplify the most intricate systems, inspire trust, and create clarity for our customers and their users.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. You’ll own design end-to-end across a modern SaaS product lifecycle, from early discovery through execution, helping our teams turn complex interoperability workflows into intuitive, elegant product experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and fellow Designers to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver high-impact work. You’ll also use emerging AI-powered tools for discovery, research synthesis, and ideation,  alongside traditional prototyping and testing tools to push our craft forward. This is a hands-on design role with meaningful scope, autonomy, and influence. You’ll join a small, high-trust team where quality design has a clear and visible impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead design across the full lifecycle — discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery
  • Synthesize user research data to uncover opportunities and shape product direction
  • Create high-fidelity user flows and prototypes to test and validate ideas quickly
  • Collaborate daily with Engineers and Product Managers to ensure designs are feasible and executed to spec
  • Use AI-driven discovery tools to accelerate ideation, pattern recognition, and concept generation
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and build alignment through storytelling
  • Mentor and collaborate with other designers, raising the standard of design excellence
  • Advocate for the user while balancing technical, regulatory, and business constraints

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of product design experience across the full software lifecycle
  • Strong portfolio showing high-impact B2B or enterprise SaaS work
  • Expert in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Lovable, etc.)
  • Experience using AI-powered or generative tools for research and ideation
  • Excellent interaction and visual design craft — simplicity, hierarchy, clarity
  • Strong communicator who can influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed team

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with healthcare data or interoperability (FHIR, HL7, APIs) is a plus
  • Experience with data-dense UIs or developer-facing products
  • Experience in remote-first environments
  • Ability to mentor team members

Success in this role means

  • You’ve shipped a major feature or product from discovery to launch
  • You’ve improved design-to-development workflows and system consistency
  • You’ve introduced new, efficient ways to use AI in design discovery or testing
  • You’re trusted as a partner across product, engineering, and leadership
  • You’ve helped elevate the design culture through craft and collaboration

Specific Software / Tools

  • Required: Figma
  • Preferred: Lovable, Claude Code
