Zello helps organizations stay connected with fast, reliable push-to-talk communication. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to create website experiences that drive conversions—with a strong focus on landing enterprise-level customers. This position is also responsible for designing and improving Zello web products, including network management tools, customer-facing kiosks, and more.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in discovery and ideation work, takes initiative, and can own the design process from lo-fi to hi-fi and support engineering all the way through shipping.

After a successful first year, you will have

• Designed high-impact digital touch points on Zello.com that informed, persuaded, and converted enterprise leads into paying customers.

• Collaborated with Marketing and Sales on digital strategies (e.g. SEO, AI search optimization, etc…) to grow Zello as a brand.

• Drove successful improvements across Zello’s web-based products, including Management Console, QR Assist, and Kiosk.

• Helped improve the Zello iOS and Android product experience when needed.

• Scaled and grew Zello’s Design System and Design Ops

• Build compelling and user-focused experiences on Zello.com with Marketing and Sales to acquire and convert enterprise leads

• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve and grow Zello’s web-based products such as Management Console and QR Assist

• Improve usability, accessibility, and information architecture across all Zello experiences, including iOS and Android

• Lead collaborative discovery and research on customers, end-users, and environments, then translate findings into clear opportunities and principles

• Facilitate ideation sessions and other workshops to align cross-functional teams on real opportunities and generate a variety of potential solutions

• Own design efforts from lo-fi to hi-fi and support QA efforts through release

• Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency and quality in the design process

• Publish content on Zello.com and related sites

• Contribute towards and improve Zello’s Design System
