  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing with brands and retailers. Use data and customer insights to inform design decisions.
  • Lead the evolution of LeafLink’s design system, including components, patterns, and design guidelines
  • Be extremely user-focused while balancing business and technical constraints
  • Present work clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Define and document design standards, interaction patterns, and best practices
  • Partner closely with engineering to ensure design and code parity
  • Improve product consistency across marketplace, payments, and operational tools
  • Help drive cross-product and cross-platform consistency
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • 5–8+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI
  • Experience designing complex SaaS, marketplace, or workflow-driven products
  • Experience designing B2B marketplaces or commerce platforms
  • Demonstrated experience building or contributing to design systems at scale
  • Expertise with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma libraries, components, and variants
  • Strong understanding of design systems and scalable UX patterns, component architecture, design tokens, and pattern libraries
  • Demonstrates ownership and work through ambiguous problems and drive clarity
  • Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, product managers and go-to-market teams.
