- Work across teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across the product
- Refine UI to balance usability, clarity, and consistency across the platform
- Give and receive feedback as part of a collaborative design culture
- Use AI tools to accelerate exploration, improve decision-making, and enhance design quality
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products
- Proven experience designing complex systems, including data-heavy interfaces and multi-step workflows
- Strong ability to think systemically and understand cross-product dependencies
- Experience taking features end-to-end, from research and exploration to final execution
- A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions forward
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs
- Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related domains - a strong advantage!
