ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Identity product team at Zeta Global. You will own the Addressability pod — the team responsible for making Zeta's identity graph accessible to every product and service across the organization. This means building and evolving the real-time and batch resolution systems that power how Zeta connects people to signals, channels, and outcomes.
Zeta's SuperGraph processes over 1 trillion signals per month across 245M+ identity clusters and 12+ countries. Your job is to ensure that every part of the business — CRM, programmatic advertising (DSP), HIRO, etc — can tap into this identity infrastructure through modern, well-integrated resolution systems. You'll drive adoption of the Zeta identity spine across all business units, including onboarding future acquisitions, and you'll champion visibility into identity coverage through dashboards and tooling that help teams find and act on opportunities to improve match rates.
This is an individual contributor role, but the scope is inherently cross-organizational. You'll work across every major business unit and engineering pod at Zeta, which requires strong skills in influencing without authority, building alignment across diverse stakeholders, and coordinating large-scale technical migrations.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first year, you will have driven adoption of the Zeta identity spine to 100% of the business, with every major system integrated. You will have built dashboards across all major platforms that give business unit leaders clear visibility into identity coverage, match rates, and actionable opportunities for improvement. The teams you work with will trust you as the go-to person for how identity works at Zeta — and how to make it work better.
- Someone who is energized by complex, cross-cutting infrastructure problems — the kind of work where the product isn't a UI, it's the system that makes every other product better.
- A collaborative operator who builds trust across teams, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and drives alignment through clarity rather than hierarchy.
- A continuous learner who stays curious about identity, privacy, and data infrastructure — and who brings that curiosity to every product decision.
- Someone who takes ownership of outcomes, not just outputs — and who measures success by the adoption and impact of what they ship, not just whether it shipped.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Zeta's addressability systems, including real-time resolution services and batch identity resolution infrastructure.
- Partner closely with engineering to design, build, and ship identity resolution capabilities that serve the needs of all Zeta business units.
- Drive org-wide adoption of the Zeta identity spine (ZID), working with CRM, programmatic, Publisher Cloud (HIRO), Email Exchange, and Data Cloud teams to integrate identity resolution into their products and workflows.
- Own the migration of legacy identity systems to modern architectures, coordinating across multiple engineering pods and business stakeholders to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with product managers, engineering leads, and business unit leaders across the organization, influencing priorities and aligning on shared goals.
- Define success metrics and build visibility into identity coverage — designing dashboards and reporting that surface match rates, resolution quality, and opportunities for improvement across all major systems.
- Translate complex identity and data infrastructure concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and stakeholder communications.
- Use data to inform prioritization, measure the impact of identity improvements on downstream business outcomes, and identify gaps in coverage.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4–6+ years of experience in product management, with meaningful exposure to data platforms, identity systems, or ad tech infrastructure.
- Strong technical depth — comfort with concepts like identity graphs, entity resolution, data pipelines, and distributed systems. You don't need to write production code, but you should be able to read a SQL query, review an architecture document, and engage credibly with engineers on system design.
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams or business units, with a track record of influencing without direct authority.
- Clear, structured communication skills — the ability to translate between technical and business audiences and to build alignment across stakeholders with different priorities.
- Familiarity with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Airflow) or similar data infrastructure.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in ad tech, MarTech, or identity resolution — particularly with identity graphs, cross-device linking, audience resolution, or programmatic advertising infrastructure.
- Familiarity with privacy-first identity strategies, including cookieless resolution, first-party data approaches, or privacy regulations (GDPR, GPP).
- SQL fluency and comfort working with large-scale datasets to investigate product questions, validate hypotheses, or define metrics.
- Experience with agile development practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
BENEFITS & PERKS
- Unlimited PTO
- Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Employee Equity
- Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!!
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 depending on location and experience.
