About Ditto:

Ditto is redefining how data moves at the edge. Our mission is to make it seamless for developers to build resilient, real-time applications, regardless of network conditions. Whether you're in a stadium, airplane, or remote military base, Ditto's peer-to-peer sync engine ensures devices stay connected and data stays consistent, even without internet. With more than $145 million in funding and trusted by organizations like Chick-fil-A, Delta Airlines, and the U.S. military, Ditto powers mission-critical experiences across aviation, retail, travel, hospitality, defense, and more. As a globally distributed, fast-growing startup, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the wide range of perspectives needed to solve the world’s hardest connectivity problems.

As the Senior Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure & Platform, you will own the product strategy and user journey across all three of Ditto's cloud deployment models: SaaS, Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC), and Self-Managed. This is a critical, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of enterprise deployment strategy, cloud infrastructure, and field GTM execution. You will define how customers successfully deploy and operate Ditto in their environments, working directly with customers and internal GTM teams to gather requirements, shape deployment strategies, and deliver solutions that work across the full spectrum of enterprise infrastructure landscapes, including government cloud environments.

You will own the backlog for this space end-to-end, translating complex deployment and operational requirements into a clear product roadmap, while acting as the connective tissue between customers, field teams, and engineering.

As a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure & Platform, you will:
  • Own the product roadmap across Ditto's three deployment models (SaaS, BYOC, Self-Managed), ensuring a coherent and well-differentiated user journey for each

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their infrastructure environments, deployment constraints, security requirements, and operational expectations, and translate those into clear product requirements

  • Work closely with GTM and field teams to support active and prospective deployments, providing product-level guidance on deployment architecture, configuration, and tradeoffs

  • Define and maintain the product backlog for cloud infrastructure and platform, prioritizing work that improves deployment experience, operational reliability, and customer self-sufficiency

  • Develop deep expertise in customer deployment patterns across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including government and restricted cloud environments, and understand the operational requirements those environments impose

  • Partner with engineering to deliver platform capabilities that reduce deployment friction, improve observability, and enable customers to run Ditto reliably at scale

  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and enterprise sales teams to support customers operating in regulated or restricted environments

  • Serve as the internal expert on deployment topology and cloud infrastructure, educating field teams and customers on Ditto's capabilities, limitations, and best practices across deployment models

  • Define success metrics for deployment experience and operational health, and track progress against them

  • Represent customer and field feedback internally to influence platform architecture and infrastructure priorities

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, with strong grounding in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or enterprise software

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on infrastructure, platform, or developer-facing products

  • Hands-on experience owning or shipping products across SaaS, BYOC, and self-managed deployment models

  • Direct experience with government or restricted cloud environments and the operational and security requirements associated with them

  • Deep working knowledge of AWS; ability to reason about VPC design, IAM, compute, storage, and networking primitives in the context of customer deployments

  • Technical fluency to engage credibly with infrastructure and platform engineers on architecture decisions, deployment tradeoffs, and operational requirements

  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and field teams on complex deployment engagements, including requirements gathering and solution framing

  • Strong communication skills for presenting to both technical and executive audiences, and for translating between customer needs and engineering execution

  • Experience with modern cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment environments

  • US-based and authorized to work in the United States

  • Willingness to travel once a quarter for company meetups and customer engagements

Nice to Haves:
  • Working knowledge of Azure and/or GCP, including Azure Government or Google Public Sector environments

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks or certification processes relevant to regulated industries or government deployments

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm

  • Background in edge computing, IoT, or distributed systems where data residency and offline operation are first-class concerns

  • Experience with observability tooling (metrics, logging, tracing) and helping customers instrument cloud-deployed services

  • Prior experience at a startup scaling a platform product across enterprise deployment segments

  • Experience working in remote, globally distributed teams
