Job Description
HiBob helps modern, mid-size businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR teams and managers everything they need to connect, engage, develop, and retain top talent.
Our platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Fast-growing companies around the world rely on Bob to create exceptional employee experiences.
As part of HiBob's Core HR product organization, you will help shape the foundational product experiences that power how companies manage people, structure, processes, and critical HR operations at scale.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and impact-driven Senior Product Manager to join HiBob's Core HR product organization.
Core HR is one of the most strategic foundations of Bob. It powers the people data, company structure, configurable operating model, employee lifecycle processes, and operational workflows that help companies run and scale their people operations.
This is a high-impact role for a product leader who wants to build products that sit at the heart of how companies operate. You will shape experiences that help organizations structure their workforce, run critical HR operations, and make confident people decisions at scale.
As a Senior Product Manager in Core HR, you will own a meaningful product area and turn complex customer needs into simple, scalable, and trusted product experiences. Your work will directly influence customer trust, operational efficiency, product adoption, and Bob's ability to scale globally.
This role is ideal for a product leader who enjoys solving complex B2B SaaS problems, working closely with customers, collaborating across multiple product and engineering teams, and building products that become core to daily business operations.
Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience owning complex product domains and delivering customer-facing impact from strategy to execution.
  • Strong product intuition and user empathy, with a passion for building intuitive, high-quality product experiences.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect product decisions to adoption, retention, expansion, operational efficiency, and customer value.
  • Experience working on products with complex data models, workflows, configuration, compliance, integrations, or enterprise-grade scale.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect workflows, data, and user needs across multiple domains and products.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align R&D, Design, Product Marketing, GTM, CS, Support, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong execution skills, including the ability to manage ambiguity, make tradeoffs, sequence work, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex product decisions clearly to different audiences.
  • Strong ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving approach, and ability to influence without authority.
  • Advanced professional proficiency in Hebrew and English is a must.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own a strategic Core HR product domain from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration.
  • Shape product experiences that become part of the operating backbone for modern HR teams, managers, and employees.
  • Define and execute a roadmap that supports Bob's growth and enterprise-grade customer experience.
  • Turn complex HR, workflow, configuration, planning, or data needs into intuitive product experiences and scalable product behavior.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, market trends, operational pain points, and business priorities, and translate them into clear product opportunities.
  • Lead product discovery with customers, prospects, customer-facing teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal, Security, and other product groups.
  • Use product analytics, customer feedback, adoption metrics, and business impact to guide prioritization and measure success.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across complex product areas and customer journeys.
  • Communicate product direction clearly to senior stakeholders, GTM teams, and customers.
  • Collaborate with product leaders across domains to shape connected customer experiences across the Bob platform.
Strong advantages
  • Experience in HRTech, FinTech, workforce management, payroll, planning, workflow management, or configuration-heavy products.
  • Experience building products for enterprise or global customers.
  • Experience working with multi-product platforms and cross-domain product architecture.
  • Experience with data-intensive products, automation, workflow orchestration, or complex business operations.
