About us:

Working at Tech Holding isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to be a part of something bigger. We are a full-service consulting firm that was founded on the premise of delivering predictable outcomes and high-quality solutions to our clients.  Our founders and team members have industry experience and have held senior positions in a wide variety of companies – from emerging startups to large Fortune 50 firms – and we have taken our combined experiences and developed a unique approach that is supported by the principles of deep expertise, integrity, transparency, and dependability.

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, for a project based assignment, with deep experience in digital strategy, customer journeys, and conversion optimization. This person will define actionable digital acquisition roadmaps, translate business needs into functional requirements, and partner closely with engineering and analytics teams to drive execution.
The ideal candidate can move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed working sessions with technical teams. You should be able to analyze funnel performance directly, establish clear priorities, and design operating models that help teams manage competing requests effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage digital acquisition strategies and roadmaps tied to measurable business goals
  • Translate customer, business, and technical needs into clear functional requirements
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood, accepted, and successfully delivered
  • Analyze funnel and customer journey data to identify conversion gaps and growth opportunities
  • Work directly with analytics teams to define metrics, evaluate performance, and guide decisions
  • Facilitate working sessions with business, product, analytics, and technology stakeholders
  • Present recommendations, progress, and strategic priorities to executive leadership
  • Design intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and operating models for teams managing a high volume of requests
  • Align stakeholders around clear priorities, ownership, and execution plans
  • Track roadmap progress and adjust priorities based on data, business needs, and delivery constraints
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience across digital strategy, customer journey optimization, product management, or conversion-focused work
  • Demonstrated experience building digital acquisition roadmaps and driving them through execution
  • Strong experience writing functional requirements that engineering teams can confidently build from
  • Ability to work directly with funnel and performance data without relying solely on prepared reports
  • Experience designing operating models, intake processes, or prioritization frameworks for high-demand teams
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate strategic recommendations clearly
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in detailed working sessions with engineering, analytics, and IT teams
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to have:
  • Experience with membership, subscription, or recurring-enrollment acquisition models
  • Experience working within nonprofit, federated, or franchise environments where national and local organizations share a customer journey
  • Experience supporting offerings with multiple participation tiers, products, or enrollment paths
  • Familiarity with youth or family audiences and the privacy requirements associated with minors
