About DroneDeploy
DroneDeploy powers field teams with robotics and AI. As the only reality capture platform that combines robotic automation, AI agents, and a truly unified system, DroneDeploy allows critical industries to operate with speed and confidence.

From construction and energy to agriculture, the world’s largest companies use DroneDeploy to simplify field operations, improve safety, and make smarter decisions, faster. By combining aerial drones, 360 and fixed cameras, ground robots and proprietary AI, we’re bringing the power of automation and visual intelligence to all stakeholders, from the field to the boardroom.

At DroneDeploy, we thrive in a mostly remote-first culture rooted in innovation and impact. We’ve been recognized as a Best Place to Work in the SF Bay Area and named one of America’s Great Places to Work—but what truly sets us apart is the experience you gain: solving real-world challenges with cutting-edge technology, surrounded by teammates who are as passionate as they are supportive. Our team is bold, mission-driven, and building something that matters. We foster a culture where a variety of perspectives drive smart decisions, and where growth—both personal and professional—is part of the journey. Whether it’s flexible schedules, family-friendly benefits, or our strong track record of internal promotions, we invest in people as much as we do in product. If you’re looking to be part of something ambitious, authentic, and transformative, you’ll find your place at DroneDeploy.

Role Overview
As Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Growth, you will report to the VP of Product and own the strategy and roadmap for the DroneDeploy growth team focusing on how enterprise customers adopt, expand, and realize value through product-led experiences. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by optimizing self-serve expansion, in-product upsell and cross-sell, and executive/owner engagement journeys. You will shape how our largest customers scale usage confidently, ensuring robust security, permissions, and governance.

You will lead highly cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with GTM leaders on pricing, Platform and Security teams on entitlements and organizational structures, and Product/Design on sharing and overview experiences. Your work will directly influence the adoption of high-value features and the expansion of enterprise deal sizes, making DroneDeploy a daily habit for executives, owners, and field users.

Work Environment

  • Remote position (work from home), based in the US, preferably in the Central Time Zone.
  • Core collaboration hours are aligned to US time zones, with flexibility to support global members, including regular overlap with design team members based in New Zealand.
  • Expect roughly 25% domestic and occasional international travel for customer visits, field research, key account reviews, training sessions, and company events.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Enterprise Growth strategy and roadmap across trials, self-serve flows, in-product upsell/cross-sell, and expansion playbooks for new and existing SKUs, all aligned to unified revenue and cross-sell goals.
  • Design and optimize product-led growth loops that move users from initial activation to expansion—including trials, nudges, in-app prompts, and tailored experiences that increase engagement and project activity in our largest accounts.
  • Lead enterprise security and permissions initiatives in partnership with Platform, Security Engineering, and GTM, including group-based access, org-level controls, SKU entitlements/provisioning, SSO/auth improvements, and auditability—removing blockers to large contract expansions.
  • Define and launch curated executive and owner overview surfaces (dashboards, summaries, shareable views) that make it easy for leaders to understand project health, contract limits  and consumption at a glance, and to regularly return to DroneDeploy.
  • Deeply understand top enterprise accounts and their project portfolios; collaborate with Sales and RevOps to identify where additional projects, SKUs, or users should be activated, and build product capabilities that make those expansions easy and self-serve where possible.
  • Partner closely with GTM/Support systems owners (Zendesk, Segment, Salesforce, billing, trials) to ensure clean data flows, actionable signals, and clear instrumentation that connect product behavior to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Define and own key growth and engagement metrics for Enterprise Growth, including unified revenue, cross-sell revenue, Capture MAU, share link views, executive/owner MAU, and health of our top accounts—and use them to drive prioritization and focus.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality features end-to-end: write clear PRDs with the help of AI, define success metrics, run experiments, and ensure launches are instrumented and learnings are captured and acted on quickly.
  • Champion experimentation and data-driven approaches: design A/B tests and cohort analyses for growth initiatives, iterate based on findings, and systematize what works into repeatable playbooks for trials, upgrades, and account expansion.
  • Serve as a connector across Product teams (Ground, Aerial, AI, Platform, Cost Savings, DevOps) to ensure new SKUs and capabilities can be discovered, trialed, purchased, and expanded through consistent, scalable patterns in the product.
  • Represent the voice of the customer for enterprise admins, security stakeholders, and executives/owners: run discovery interviews, join customer calls, and visit job sites where relevant to understand how product-led growth can complement sales-led motions.
  • Contribute to broader product leadership practices: mentor more junior PMs as appropriate, help shape our product rituals (OKR planning, roadmapping, reviews), and model strong execution, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, including meaningful time owning growth, monetization, or enterprise expansion charters (e.g., PLG funnels, upsell/cross-sell, billing/entitlements, or admin/permissions surfaces).
  • Demonstrated success designing and optimizing product-led growth loops (trials, activation, habit-building), packaging/upsell flows, and in-product cross-sell experiences tied to revenue and MAU/engagement metrics.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI/ML in product work—such as AI-powered recommendations, personalization, search, or workflow automation—and a strong bias toward using AI tools (for discovery, analysis, experimentation, and content generation) to move faster and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Comfort working with product analytics and BI tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, Looker/Data Studio, Salesforce) to define metrics, run analyses and experiments, and communicate insights to leadership and GTM teams.
  • Experience working with enterprise-grade security, identity, and permissions systems (e.g., SSO, SCIM, role-based access, org/group models, SKU entitlements).
  • Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal) who can simplify complex systems, influence senior stakeholders, and drive aligned execution across Engineering, Design, Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps, and Security.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into clear problem statements, well-defined requirements, and actionable plans. Experience writing comprehensive product requirements documents with success criteria and managing multi-track priorities, balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.
  • Energized by talking with customers, understanding how they buy and use software, and translating field learnings (especially from large, complex enterprises) into clear product strategies.
  • Able to zoom out to design portfolio-level growth strategies (e.g., unified revenue and cross-sell targets across SKUs) while also sweating details of journeys like account creation, trials, and sharing workflows.
  • Experience in construction tech, geospatial, enterprise SaaS platforms, or similar complex, multi-surface products is a strong plus.
