About the Team
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in unlocking a significant Enterprise opportunity.
You’ll work with a dedicated team that includes a product designer and 4 to 5 engineers, all focused on delivering a high-impact set of capabilities tailored to enterprise needs.
About the Role
This role sits within the Platform & Intelligence group and will focus on delivering key functionality that removes blockers for enterprise customers evaluating, renewing, or expanding their usage of Typeform. Your work will help accelerate enterprise expansion, streamline plan consolidation, and support outbound sales motions.

Things you’ll do

  • Navigate complex requirements and coordinate across multiple stakeholders, drawing from your enterprise product experience
  • Execute against a clearly defined problem space with an initial roadmap already in place
  • Prioritise and deliver foundational enterprise features, including SuperAdmin Role, SCIM Provisioning, and Granular User Permissions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and CS to deepen understanding of enterprise customer pain points
  • Drive completion of remaining high-priority enterprise features
  • Develop a framework to measure adoption and impact
  • Partner with GTM teams to shape launch and adoption strategies
  • Showcase business impact through enterprise customer success stories
  • Evolve the long-term product strategy for Enterprise at Typeform

What you will bring to the table

  • Strong strategic thinking, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution
  • A high sense of ownership and initiative, proactively identifying opportunities and removing blockers
  • Excellent collaboration skills, especially with Sales, CS, Security, and Legal teams
  • Commercial acumen and executive presence to engage confidently with high-value enterprise customers
  • Deep customer focus, especially in understanding the needs of large organizations
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Familiarity with permission systems, SSO, and enterprise-grade authentication solutions
  • Ability to understand technical architecture and collaborate closely with engineers
  • Data-driven mindset for sizing opportunities and influencing roadmap priorities

Extra awesome

  • Previous experience building enterprise-level B2B SaaS products
  • Understanding of enterprise billing models and account management workflows
  • Experience with APIs, including development and lifecycle management
  • Working knowledge of compliance and security standards like SOC2 and GDPR

The range is broad because we tailor total compensation based on your location, experience, education, and skillset.
