About Hashgraph:

Hashgraph is a fast-growing software company committed to supporting, developing and servicing Hedera, an open source, proof-of-stake platform. Hedera is EVM-compatible and has been specifically built to meet the needs of enterprise and web3 applications, which require speed, security, stability and sustainability. Hedera’s public network is governed by industry-leading organizations, spanning 11 sectors and 14 regions who oversee the development and direction of the decentralized platform.

Why this role exists:

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager, HashSphere to help advance our mission by:

Owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution for HashSphere's tokenization and markets capabilities. This role will serve as the primary product owner for the up-market features that matter most to the banks, asset managers, and financial institutions we are building for. This role directly shapes HashSphere's ability to win and retain the banks, payment providers, and regulated asset managers that represent our most strategic customer segment.

This role exists to ensure that institutional requirements from Tier-1 FSIs are translated into product features that engineering can build and sales can close on, accelerating deal cycles with our highest-value customer segment.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the product roadmap for HashSphere's up-market features, including Privacy, Partnership Integrations, and enterprise network deployment models (from fully managed service to dedicated, institution-operated deployments). Define requirements and drive engineering prioritization.
  • Partner directly with the Asseto team and ioBuilders on the combined HashSphere + Asseto solution, ensuring tokenization learnings from customer discovery are threaded into both roadmaps for a coherent, institutional-grade experience.
  • Support enterprise deal cycles alongside the Sales team, providing product depth during technical evaluations, InfoSec reviews, and RFP responses to accelerate pilot-to-production conversion.
  • Track and maintain competitive intelligence across the enterprise tokenization and private blockchain landscape, feeding market signal into product positioning and roadmap decisions.
  • Use AI tools to build prototypes and move quickly from customer insight to testable artifacts, rather than waiting on a full engineering cycle.

What success looks like in 6–12 months:

  • HashSphere's up-market roadmap (Privacy, Partnership Integrations, deployment models) is defined, prioritized, and actively unblocking at least one major enterprise deal cycle.
  • You have a working relationship with the Asseto and ioBuilders teams, with a clear view of where the roadmaps intersect and how to prioritize jointly.
  • Sales and Engineering treat you as the go-to product partner for technical evaluations, InfoSec reviews, and RFPs with Tier-1 FSIs.
  • You've run structured discovery with Tier-1 FSI customers and turned those insights into working prototypes that have been in front of a customer.
  • At least one GTM play is codified into a repeatable product narrative, demo, or proof-of-concept motion for a priority FSI use case that Sales can run independently.

What you bring:

Core capabilities:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong technical background in software development, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong track record managing product roadmaps and launching products that meet enterprise customer needs.
  • Experience working with external partners and managing integrations into enterprise environments.
  • High agency - you identify what needs to be done and drive it without waiting for direction.
  • Comfort using AI tools to prototype, spec, and ship. You don't wait for a full engineering cycle to put something testable in front of a customer.

Functional expertise:

  • Substantive TradFi background: deep understanding of how banks, asset managers, custodians, payment networks, and fund operators actually work, including settlement processes, fund operations, trade lifecycle, and post-trade workflows.
  • Able to hold a credible conversation with a Head of Operations or CTO at a Tier-1 FSI without needing to establish baseline context.

Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with Hedera's native services, including Token Service (HTS), Consensus Service, Smart Contract Service, Asset Tokenization Studio, or Stablecoin Studio.
  • Experience with the Asseto platform or comparable modular tokenization platforms (issuance, lifecycle management, trading, and settlement layers built for regulated institutions).
  • Background in transaction privacy, confidential computing, or selective disclosure.
