ADDIGY

Senior Product Manager, Identity

Role: Senior Product Manager, Identity

Location: Remote, US

ABOUT ADDIGY

Addigy is a fast-growing SaaS company empowering IT professionals to manage Apple devices at scale. Our platform enables organizations and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to monitor, secure, and manage macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices in real time through a single, intuitive interface. We are guided by three core values: Humble: outcomes over ego, every time; Hungry: relentless in our pursuit of progress; and Smart: we’re curious, we dig, we never stop learning.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Addigy is moving Apple device management from MDM toward agentic endpoint management, and Identity is the layer that makes it trustworthy. Every agentic action on a device, every admin permission, and every end-user login runs through it. The Addigy Intelligence Suite, launched at Frontier in September 2026, was the first public step. Identity is next.

You will own the Identity surface of the platform end to end and turn deep domain knowledge into shipped product that sells. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role: you run discovery, write the PRDs, drive prioritization with Engineering, and own the outcome after launch. You will work day to day with the CTO, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and our IdP partners.

WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING

  • Real ownership: You will be the company’s go-to expert on Identity, with end-to-end ownership from IdP integrations to Mac sign-in, MFA, and device trust.
  • A company at an inflection point: Addigy has grown alongside the MacAdmin community for over 11 years, and Identity is the next major step in our move to agentic endpoint management.
  • A new problem to solve: You will define how AI agents acting on devices are identified, scoped, and audited, a problem few in the industry have solved yet.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own the Identity roadmap and IdP platform

  • Build and maintain a prioritized 12 month Identity roadmap across IdP integrations, sign-in, MFA, and device trust, with explicit bets and explicit kills.
  • Own Addigy’s integrations with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and others, including SCIM provisioning, group sync, and the joiner, mover, leaver lifecycle.
  • Create a repeatable, documented process for adding and certifying new IdP integrations.

Lead Apple Identity, authentication, and device trust

  • Own Platform SSO, Managed Apple Accounts, account-driven enrollment, and Apple Business Manager federation, including day-one support for each macOS and iOS release.
  • Deliver SSO, MFA, phishing-resistant factors (passkeys, FIDO2, Touch ID), and recovery paths that do not generate help desk tickets.
  • Own device trust, multi-tenant Identity for MSPs, admin roles and permissions, and Identity for AI agents (with the CTO) through the MCP gateway.

Take Identity to market

  • Own positioning, tier placement, pricing input, launch, and Sales and Customer Success enablement for every Identity capability that ships.
  • Run the product-led growth motion for Identity: in-product opt-in, guided setup, activation metrics, and the path from trial to paid.
  • Manage IdP partner relationships, including roadmap alignment, certification, co-marketing, and escalations.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In the first 12 to 18 months, you will:

  • Ship a prioritized, sequenced Identity roadmap with measurable adoption goals for each release.
  • Bring Addigy’s major IdP integrations (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, JumpCloud) to production reliability, with day-one support for new Apple OS releases.
  • Launch Identity capabilities with activation, attach rate, and trial to paid conversion tracked and reported against targets.
  • Establish the standard for product management at Addigy: evidence-backed PRDs, cross-functional launch checklists, and retrospectives when a feature does not land.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS product management, including 3+ years owning an Identity, access, or authentication product area.
  • Apple Identity shipped in production: at least one of Platform SSO, Managed Apple Accounts, Apple Business Manager federation, or the MDM protocol, with working knowledge of Apple MDM and declarative device management.
  • Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and FIDO2/WebAuthn, and how Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud implement them.
  • Experience shipping SSO, MFA, passwordless, or device-trust capabilities, and the ability to describe the failure modes customers hit in production.
  • Go-to-market range: has taken product to market with Sales and Marketing, owned packaging and pricing input, and run a PLG motion with activation and conversion results.
  • Daily use of AI for research synthesis, data analysis, PRD drafting, and prototyping, with a method and result you can show.
  • PRDs Engineering can build from without a meeting, and discovery that produces evidence rather than anecdotes.

Preferred

  • Time at an IdP (Okta, Microsoft, Google, JumpCloud, Ping, OneLogin), a device-trust vendor, or an MDM vendor such as Jamf, Iru (formerly Kandji), or Mosyle.
  • Experience with MSP multi-tenant products and partner-delegated administration.
  • Background as an IT admin, Identity engineer, or solutions engineer before moving to product.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks, and what auditors ask about Identity controls.
  • Experience shipping an integration marketplace or partner certification program.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Humble: You give credit, take feedback, and change your mind on evidence.
  • Hungry: You do the work and chase the outcome. You build the demo, pull the data, and read the API docs yourself.
  • Smart: You ask why, go look, and bring back what you learned. You find the next use for AI before being told.
  • Customer obsessed: You talk to customers and partners every week, speak fluently with IT and security buyers, and report outcomes, not activity.

COMPENSATION

Compensation includes a competitive base salary commensurate with experience. Full details will be shared during the interview process.

Addigy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All employment decisions are made on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.
