The Opportunity – Senior Product Manager

Do you love tackling complex, technically challenging problems? Are you a self-starter who thrives on solving real customer pain points? Do you bring a blend of strategic thinking, deep technical curiosity, and bias for action? Then this role is for you.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive one of Wrapbook’s core product areas — a role that blends strategic vision, deep technical partnership, and customer-first innovation. You’ll define and execute product strategy, working closely with engineering and design to deliver delightful, compliant, and scalable solutions.

At Wrapbook, you’ll shape products that power the entertainment industry — helping productions of all sizes run smoothly while ensuring every worker gets paid accurately and on time.

What you’ll do

  • Own the roadmap and vision for your product area, aligning customer needs with company priorities.

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, scope solutions, and deliver high-quality features that solve meaningful problems.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business development, client operations, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and readiness for launches.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and the production payroll domain to uncover insights, identify unmet needs, and inspire innovation.

  • Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and measure impact.

  • Advocate for quality and compliance, ensuring that products meet the standards required in financial and regulated environments.

  • Drive execution end-to-end, from discovery through launch, ensuring on-time, predictable delivery.

What you’ll have

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical environment.

  • Proven ability to define and execute on product strategy with measurable outcomes.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, operations, legal).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.

  • Comfort working in areas of ambiguity—able to dive deep and become a subject matter expert.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate with deep empathy for user needs. You have a track record of translating customer insights into elegant, scalable solutions, especially across operationally complex user journeys.

Extra points if you have:

  • Data & Reporting:

Experience building or managing products that surface data, insights, or reporting capabilities for customers or internal teams.

  • Domain Expertise:

Experience in payroll, fintech, or the entertainment industry, particularly working with complex compliance or regulatory requirements.

  • Scale-Up Experience:

Worked at a high-growth SaaS or scale-up company, helping to mature product processes while maintaining speed and agility.

  • Customer Research & Discovery:

Experience running customer discovery or usability testing to inform product direction.

  • Product Analytics:

Ability to independently leverage data to define, track, and measure product success - using tools like SQL, Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to uncover insights and inform decisions.

  • Process Maturity:

Exposure to maturing product organizations — helping improve prioritization, roadmap clarity, or go-to-market readiness.

Why Join Us

At Wrapbook, creativity meets technology — and not just in the product.

In addition to a competitive salary and all the benefits you can expect from a fast-growing technology company, you’ll get access to a team of creative problem solvers and the chance to see your contributions make large impacts. Benefits include:

  • Unlimited Paid Time Off

  • Work from anywhere in Canada and USA
