Since 2003, Entrata has evolved from a visionary, student-led startup into a global leader in AI-driven property management technology. Today, we power the industry's most essential operating system, serving owners and residents worldwide through a comprehensive suite of intelligent leasing, payment, and communication tools powered by cutting-edge AI. With a proven track record of sustained growth and a global team of more than 2,200 employees, we offer the rare combination of established stability and high-velocity innovation. Recognized by the Silicon Slopes Hall of Fame and the Utah Business Fast 50, Entrata fosters a culture of radical transparency and entrepreneurial energy. At Entrata, we create an environment where different perspectives are valued and respected. Those perspectives challenge assumptions, strengthen our decisions, and raise the bar as we reshape the global living experience through AI-powered solutions.

This is a high-impact role at the center of our Homebody growth strategy. As the Sr. Product Manager for Homebody, you'll shape how we activate, retain, and expand our user base, while leading our early Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams to uncover and scale what drives our business.
This is an AI-native role in an AI-native product organization. That means AI is not just what you build, it's how you work. You'll build working prototypes with agentic development tools instead of writing requirements documents, define evals instead of hoping AI features work, and ship multiple product initiatives per release cycle by building your own operating leverage. With access to rich data, modern tooling, and a team that operates this way every day, you'll be empowered to turn insights into outcomes and drive measurable, company-level impact from day one. If you're passionate about growth, fluent in data, and already working this way, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap, leading initiatives across the user lifecycle, including activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

  • Spearhead the development of a direct-to-consumer marketplace within the Homebody platform, optimizing conversion funnels, new monetization surfaces, and partner integrations to grow ARPU.

  • Define product strategy for AI agents in the Homebody Resident Experience Platform (RXP) designed to resolve resident needs end-to-end, measuring success on resolution rather than deflection.

  • Build working prototypes of growth features using agentic AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to hand off dev-ready packages—prototype, spec, and evals—rather than traditional requirements documents.

  • Define evals, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation frameworks to measure accuracy, resolution rates, and failure modes before and after feature launch.

  • Identify friction points in the user journey, design A/B test hypotheses, and guide cross-functional teams as the internal expert in analytics and experimentation tooling.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to bring the product vision to life and execute go-to-market strategies.

  • Build and share reusable AI workflows, automations, and skills to expand overall product team throughput while evangelizing an AI-native operating model.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, plus 5+ years of product management or related outcome-driven experience.

  • Track record of defining key metrics, running iterative experiment loops, and shipping features or tools that measurably move target outcomes.

  • Demonstrable portfolio of working AI prototypes, agents, automations, or internal tools built using AI development tools, including participating in a live working session during the interview loop.

  • Practical capability to design and execute evals, test sets, or structured quality checks to evaluate AI system performance and guardrails.

  • Working proficiency with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and technical fluency to discuss trade-offs with engineering teams across frontend and backend systems.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or master's degree in a quantitative or technical field.

  • 2+ years dedicated to growth product management, experimentation frameworks, or launching/scaling PLG motions in SaaS environments.

  • Direct-to-consumer product experience, including conversion funnel optimization and scaling online marketplaces with partner integrations.

  • Hands-on experience developing, evaluating, and deploying conversational AI or autonomous agents in production environments.

  • Strong familiarity with growth loops and PLG frameworks (e.g., AARRR "pirate metrics").

  • Proven track record of working with data science and analytics teams to perform behavioral exploration and opportunity sizing.

Benefits:
Flexible and transparent culture with remote and hybrid work options, generous vacation time, and frequent company recharge days for work-life balance.

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, including fertility benefits, available for eligible employees and their families.

HSA/FSA options and employer-paid disability benefits provided for eligible employees.

Access to 401(k) or similar retirement plans with employer matching for eligible employees, ensuring long-term financial security.

Wellness initiatives promoting physical and mental well-being, access to an onsite gym at HQ, gym memberships, mental health resources, wellness challenges, and employee assistance programs.

Entrata Cares programs offers opportunities for volunteerism, charity events, and giving back to our community.

Exclusive Previ cell phone plan and discounts on services or local business partnerships for additional employee benefits.
