ABOUT THE TEAM

At Mural, we’re building products that help teams move from ideas to outcomes, faster and together. Our product ecosystem sits at the center of how modern teams collaborate, plan, and execute, and Integrated Workflows is foundational to making that experience seamless, scalable, and powerful.

This team focuses on how data and systems connect across the tools our customers already rely on, so work flows naturally, without friction.

YOUR MISSION

You will own one of the most critical foundations of Mural’s product ecosystem: how data flows into, through, and out of our platform.

Your mission is to deliver a meaningful end-to-end experience for users by building deep, reliable connections to the systems and data they use every day. You’ll define and execute Mural’s integration strategy, ensuring the integration is designed to help users seamlessly move to making decisions and on to the next milestone.

This role is central to our product value and customer trust. You’ll balance short- and long-term perspectives while relentlessly focusing on creating intuitive, resilient workflows that unlock real impact for our users.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Define and lead the strategy and roadmap for integrated workflows across Mural’s product ecosystem

  • Drive an API-first, scalable architecture that enables reliable data exchange and interoperable solutions

  • Ensure integrations meet high standards for performance, security, reliability, and user value

  • Own the full integration lifecycle from discovery and user research through design, development, testing, and launch

  • Translate complex customer, developer, and partner needs into clear, scalable product solutions

  • Measure success through adoption, reliability, and meaningful customer outcomes

  • Develop a strong understanding of enterprise, developer, and partner needs through research, feedback, and analytics

  • Maintain strong partnerships with key ecosystem players (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Slack, and others)

  • Stay ahead of market trends in integrations, workflow automation, and platform ecosystems

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Influence without authority to align teams around shared outcomes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing API first products ideally within a SaaS or data-focused company

  • Strong technical fluency, including understanding of APIs, data models, and integration architectures

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex user and partner needs into scalable product solutions

  • Strong customer empathy, especially for developer and enterprise use cases

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders

WHY YOU’LL LOVE MURAL

This is a rare opportunity to own a core foundation of Mural’s product experience, one that directly shapes how our customers connect their tools, data, and teams to real outcomes.

At Mural, you’ll work alongside passionate, thoughtful teammates who care deeply about building products that unlock human potential. Your work will influence not just how our product functions, but how modern teams collaborate at scale.

The base salary for this role ranges from $172,000 - $215,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Equal Opportunity

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
