  • Select, implement, and manage vendors/partners, including contracts, SLAs, and ensuring interoperability across the ecosystem.

  • Ensure quality, security, privacy, and compliance; embed secure-by-design and zero-trust principles in workplace solutions.

  • Drive change management, communications, training, and support readiness to maximize adoption and minimize disruption.

  • Define, track, and report KPIs/OKRs; instrument telemetry and run experiments to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively, translating business needs for technical teams and technical details for non-technical audiences.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) required

  • 5+ years of product management or closely related experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, or workplace technology.

  • Track record of shipping and scaling employee-facing products in large or complex organizations.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale, VDI platforms, room systems and AV, IoT sensors, and space management tools.

  • Familiarity with agile practices and product discovery techniques.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to connect workplace technology decisions to business outcomes such as productivity, employee experience, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to measure performance and engagement, inform prioritization, and drive continuous improvement (e.g., dashboards, telemetry, A/B testing).

  • Up-to-date on trends in hybrid work, immersive technology, and AI, and how they apply to workplace productivity and collaboration.

  • Hands-on exposure to device management, identity, and endpoint security in corporate environments.

  • Comfort with product analytics/BI tools and basic data querying.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders toward a shared product vision.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to lead workshops, write product specs, and present to executives.
