  • Set vision and priorities for your product area, innovation and growth initiatives
  • Drive features from ideation → execution → optimization
  • Align cross-functional teams around product goals

Research & Discovery
  • Conduct user research to uncover real needs

The Foundation
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager at consumer-focused companies
  • Track record of shipping features that drove meaningful business results
  • Experience with experimentation, UI/UX design, data analysis, and user research
  • Startup experience preferred - you thrive in fast-paced, high-agency environments
