• Set vision and priorities for your product area, innovation and growth initiatives
• Drive features from ideation → execution → optimization
• Align cross-functional teams around product goals
• Own and move key metrics

• Conduct user research to uncover real needs
• Use data + experiments to validate decisions
• Analyze usage patterns to guide roadmap development

• Work closely with designers to craft pixel-perfect experiences
• Partner with engineers to build thoughtful, scalable solutions
• Move fast without sacrificing quality

You're a 10x Product Manager — a rare combo of product intuition, data fluency, user empathy, and creative execution. You can see the big picture and sweat the micro-details. You can ship quickly but don’t cut corners. You make decisions with conviction — and back them up with data and heart.

• 5+ years as a Product Manager at consumer-focused companies
• Track record of shipping features that drove meaningful business results
• Experience with experimentation, UI/UX design, data analysis, and user research
• Startup experience preferred - you thrive in fast-paced, high-agency environments

• Member obsessed - you lose sleep over anything less than 5-star reviews
• Data-driven intuition - strong gut backed by rigorous analysis
• Relentless simplification - you cut words, cut screens, sweat the pixels
• High agency - you don't wait for permission to solve problems

• Fitness/wellness industry experience or passion
• iOS app experience background
• Growth product experience
