As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead the vision and strategy for agent-client collaboration via mobile and web, utilizing AI tools to enhance user experience and measure success.
Luxury Presence is the leading digital platform revolutionizing the real estate industry for agents, teams, and brokerages. Our award-winning websites, cutting-edge marketing solutions, and AI-powered mobile platform empower real estate professionals to grow their business, operate more efficiently, and deliver exceptional service to their clients. Trusted by over 80,000 real estate professionals, including 31 of the nation’s 100 top-performing agents as published in the Wall Street Journal, Luxury Presence continues to set the standard for innovation and excellence in real estate technology.
Why this role
We’re reshaping how agents and clients find and sell homes together — a high‑stakes, emotional journey that over 100,000 buyers and sellers take through our products every year. When collaboration breaks, agents lose visibility, clients lose confidence, and decisions drift to other apps. You’re here to fix that.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the pulse of agent–client collaboration. You’ll define an industry-leading experience that blends shared search, communication, and decision‑making across our premium mobile app and a fully reimagined web portal. This is a flagship initiative and one of the biggest unlocks for where Luxury Presence is headed.
You’ll work with a highly empowered team of cutting‑edge, AI‑enabled engineers, supported by in‑house AI tooling that gives PMs rapid prototyping, experimentation, and insight generation at their fingertips. You’ll work with an empowered team to build fast, learn fast, and ship directly. And because LP is known for top‑tier design and a client base filled with high‑performing, often well‑known agents, the bar for craft is high; and you’ll have the talent around you to meet it.
If you want to shape a critical consumer experience at a pivotal moment for the company, this is your role.
What You’ll Do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for agent–client collaboration across mobile and web
- Uncover the behaviors and gaps that cause client engagement to drift to other platforms, and uncover solutions that pull that value back into our ecosystem
- Partner with design and engineering to build a collaboration experience that works the way real people do: for agents hustling between showings and clients making decisions in the margins of their busy lives
- Work with design to deliver a polished, intuitive experience that reflects LP’s industry‑leading aesthetic
- Strengthen core flows: shared search, shortlists, messaging, notifications, and decision checkpoints, to keep clients aligned and moving
- Use our in‑house AI tooling to turn ideas into proofs fast: gathering insights, validating direction, and feeding clean, build‑ready specs straight into our AI‑enabled engineering pipeline
- Run experiments to improve activation, engagement, retention, and deal velocity
- Define and own success metrics that prove we’re helping our customers win: agents actively invite their clients to collaborate, those clients return frequently every week, and as a result, deals close faster.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and iterating mobile products to drive measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated success creating experiences that build trust, form new habits, and deliver repeat engagement
- Strong systems and experience design skills. You see how data, flows, and UI come together to drive behavior
- Deep comfort with experimentation: funnels, metrics, test design, and rapid iteration
- Experience building AI‑assisted or signal‑driven features that shape recommendations, personalization, or collaboration
- Strong partnership instincts. You elevate engineering and design, and they elevate you
- A high bar for craft: clarity, polish, and precision matter to you
- Comfortable in fast‑moving environments where ambiguity is normal and momentum is expected
- Experience in real estate, marketplaces, or multi‑sided consumer products is a plus
Why You’ll Love It Here
- 🚀 Join a product‑led, design‑forward company trusted by many of the industry’s top‑performing, and often famous, real estate agents
- 🎯 Own one of LP’s most strategically important initiatives: the collaboration experience that unlocks the future of our platform
- 🤖 Build with cutting‑edge, AI‑enabled engineers and in‑house AI tooling that lets PMs prototype, test, and ship with speed
- 📱 Work on a deeply consumer‑facing product used by over 100,000 buyers and sellers each year
- 🌍 Thrive in a remote‑first, async‑friendly environment
- 🌱 Step into a role with real influence, with no giant enterprise customers dictating your roadmap
